A bunch of scenes will not be really happening but in his imagination. So it will be interesting to see how the movie turns out in the end.

the world created by Phillips deserves a name, it's by far my favorite Batman/Joker universe world. The grittiness and realistic setting and the void of any super human physical traits makes a universe that is much more relateable. This world is just beautiful and ugly at the same time, and IMO, no director has captured the ambience better and more vividly than Phillips. Every shot looks gorgeous.
I believe this is going to be a how Harley Quinzel became Harley Quinn, just like in the previous we saw how Arthur Fleck became Joker... The thing that is not connecting to me so far is we all know Harley was his therapeutists that fell in love of him, and here she is portrayed as a patient of Arkham, maybe they are hiding that, or maybe they are totally flipping the origins

They are definitely still going with the whole "unreliable narrator" and "multiple choice" origins idea from the first movie and really from the character's very beginning. For all we know, Harley is just another figment of his imagination.

She's not a patient at all... even in her first scene, she's probably the one leading the musical treatment. She's never locked. So either he's imagining her as a fellow inmate or she's doing it on purpose to get to the Joker. Harley was always fascinated by him so it makes sense... It would be very interesting if she's actually trying to control the Joker, obviously it won't work by the end.

The music video was them being circus characters, and there's a guy who fell into a green goo which then turned him to a crazy clown type circus master. Then a girl watching him, who I guess kinda liked him, followed him to the circus and also fell into the goo. They then became sort of partners, that were crazy together. It's very simillar to a Joker and Harly Quinn love story. Coincidence?? And get this, the song "America's Suithearts" was from Fall Out Boy's album called FOLIE á DEUX... 😐 🤯
I've only now noticed something significant. It's kind of bookended with a personality reference. Because the opening scene looks less like a window and more like an old school TV studio camera's ?monitor?. As if Arthur truly is now the facade and the Joker is the person behind the character he plays

Joker ’19 is Todd’s love letter to Martin Scorsese’s Taxi Driver and The King of Comedy while getting De Niro for it! Warner Bros. looks loaded this year. They still got Furiosa in May and Beetlejuice Beetlejuice in September. Planning to see Godzilla x Kong a third time this week. What I really can’t wait for is The Batman Part II. Robert Pattinson hates Twilight but his favorite video game of all-time is the same as mines: Final Fantasy VII (1997). I think harley's father here is Franklin Murray killed by Joker in Joker 1. HARley will manipulate joker into thinking that they are inlove but she is out for revenge.

That’s going to be used as a meme or gif for generations. It’s an instant classic scene from this movie. Flawless execution.
So far, Warner Bros. still has the best movie of 2024 in Dune: Part Two. They’re killing it. Dune 2 and Joker 2 could both be nominated for Best Picture. Then we got a Superman movie and a Batman movie next year. F Disney. 😂 Well, except for Deadpool & Wolverine this July.

It looked like Harley was going through Jokers greatest hits with the pretend shooting herself, the dance moves on the stairs, and the rubbing blood across her mouth, all things he did in the first movie.
I think harley's father here is Franklin Murray killed by Joker in Joker 1. HARley will manipulate joker into thinking that they are inlove but she is out for revenge.

It looks like harley quinn is the one corrupting joker this time around, it seems he lost his way and everyone cooped his actions and she makes him find his real self which is a psycho killer. I dont know if she is real or not or betrays him but the movie is supposed to be a love story.
