How'd you diagnose the problem? My 2012 window was making a grinding noise at first and I had to help pull it up... now it's not rolling up or down! I just bought a motor for the window I hope i didn't just waste 160 real quick lol!

How did you disconnect that door handle wire?
U don't say wat size star bolt to use n give an better explanation in the procedure of guide the star bolts go in.
