Yeah Sydney is my hometown and I love it! It ranks 4 in most liveable city in the world, almost all the government funding museums, arts, galleries, libraries, parks, events, etc are all free and they are all world class. Too bad you guys didn’t bring warmer clothes, the winter here can be freezing sometimes but luckily the days are mostly sunny.
Are you still travelling in Australia next city or going to different country?
We wish we had warmer clothes too, little poor planning on my part. We definitely see why it's ranked so high and can't wait to return one day. We are actually hopping around Asia next so Bali is the next destination and that series is up to come out tomorrow. We hope you'll follow along and love all we get into. Thanks for watching 🫶

Some of the museums have always been free but some have only been free for the past year when the last Premier gave them some funding. Take advantage of it while it lasts.
Well I am glad we visited when we did then. I hope the next time we visit it remains the same but at least we have an idea of space and exhibits now to choose if they do cost. Thanks for watching!

One thing I absolutely love about Australia is the Seasons where I live it's the complete opposite.
We also don't tip over here. That's a big deal for most tourists from the US who visit here
Yes! We had one of those moments while at our first restaurant of like "do we leave a tip or not"? Thankfully google made the call and it was right haha I am certain it's really odd to go to the USA and have to leave a tip. Seems almost crazy now haha. Thanks for watching!

Why you missed Taronga Zoo and Australian National Maritime Museum?
We wanted to do Taronga but because of the other ticket giving the option of 3 attractions we went the more touristy route. When we come back it's definitely on the list to do and we didn't see much about the Maritime Museum so we will have to get some info for next time too. Thanks for sharing and watching!

Sydney is not the only part of Australia that is interesting.
Yes we enjoyed our time there as a stop before heading to Asia, but now we regret not spending more time to explore the rest of Australia in which we will certainly be back sooner than later to do :) Can't wait! Thanks for watching!🫶
Nothing is 'free' but paid for by the Australian taxpayer. The Australian health system is a wonderful example of this. Aussies are a friendly and helpful nation - it is part of our culture to be so. I hope you are going to visit Melbourne? It's a different vibe to Sydney.
I would love the guys to visit Melbourne but not at this time of the year … it is so cold here at the moment, thankfully we don’t have to deal with snow but experiencing an Antarctic vortex is just as bad.
@@judileeming1589 I love Melbourne but every time I have been there it's always bloody cold, Sydney is cold enough at around 19- 20 most days now during Winter 🤣😂👍
@@-PORK-CHOP- so true. I was surprised when the first time I landed in Sydney in the middle of Winter and the taxi driver was wearing shorts! I figure Melbourne and all of Tasmania is taking an icy hit for the rest of the Capital cities 😆. The strangest Winter weather feature for me is driving from Armidale in the NSW highlands to Grafton South via Glen Innes … ice and snow and an hour later driving through a tropical rain forest to 20+ C on the coast!
A different vibe? It's oppressive cameras are everywhere the cops are thugs criminals are everywhere its a different vibe alright. Daniel Andrews is worse than Putin.
We didn't for this trip but we are looking to venture to Melbourne, Brisbane, etc on the next trip over. It will be exciting to see how the vibe is different but I'm glad to hear the Aussie hospitality is the same. Thanks for watching!
