It greatly depends on species. The Lemon sharks here are the most social, they skirmish sea bottom for food and don't target humans.
Great White shark, Tiger shark and Bull shark are the shark species most likely to attack and kill humans. The first two might go for you because you're smaller but Bull shark is especially dangerous because it's the only one not intimidated by prey bigger than itself, can swim into shallow rivers upstream and can immediately bite, instead of nudging first like other sharks.

Depends on how much you annoy the shark. As a professional diver who knows how to handle them, he's pretty safe. Me diving among them could possibly lead to me pissing them off and then becoming nom'ed. And lemon sharks might not attack people, but I've yet to see an animal (much less a predatory one) that won't wreck a dude if you annoy it.

Electric sensing organ in the snout functions like a metal detector, so any tiny fish or crustaceans under the sand will get noticed and eaten
Most sharks have a very advanced sense for this, but a hammerhead is like switching from a metal detector to a full on Ground penetration radar
