This is a great introduction to paradox. Dr. Smith answers the powerful questions re: what a paradox is, why they’re important, and how to begin using them in your life. She is one of the few teachers who can combine the rigors of academia AND the power of the practical. She manages paradox as she teaches it. (I’ve been teaching/researching paradox for two decades and always learn so much from Dr. Smith’s approach.) Brilliant. Keep up the great work Wendy. Thanks for your insights, Dave Jensen.

I would alter those 3 points as follows:
    1) Pluralism
    2) Proximal & Distal Effects
    3) Multilevel/Dynamic Identity

Really interesting talk Professor Smith! These ideas will be helpful for my career when I graduate, but I really appreciate that I can also apply them in my personal life right now.

Paradox? Orwell called it doublethink in 1984...

In my opinion, it was very showy. She over did it. The topic could have been a lot shorter. It is an interesting topic that was made out to be too over done with platitudes. I would focus less on doing a perfect delivery and be authentic with your style.
