I really liked how you defined the food themes for each of the four seasons, and I've added that as seasonal reminders to my calendar (except for the fall apple juice because my diet guru discourages me from drinking juice, but three out of four ain't bad). I’d love to see a video on how much you actually travel, what cities/states that’s usually in, where you’ve been and where you’d like to or are planning to go? Also, you could add or do a separate video on regular maintenance you must do for sprinter to keep it in great running condition/liveable, who does the repairs & possibly cost.

I go over and over on "do I want the 144 or 170"? I am SOOOOO stressed about "do I want my bed on the side or in the back".

but..... I hear a lot of van lifers with the 170 say the extra space is worth it. And THERE is where I struggle.
Most of the parking I am doing is outside of towns and cities, other than the grocers or for other supplies and necessities ~those are all parking lots.
I drive a bus and its very infrequent I struggle with length (unless someone is parked haphazardly or a map is incorrect, then it's usually just locating a turnaround)

Ram Promaster 159" wheelbase non-extended. Van is exactly 20 ft bumper to bumper so it fits in a standard parking spot, and is 6'4" wide so you can sleep sideways in it
whats the matter with a single width that you use for a couch in the day time they even have extra long in single now
I don't live in a van and have no desire to do so but I love watching these lol. Interesting to see how other people live their lives differently from others.

Great video! Don't apologize for "expensive" food. You covered a ton of great eating habits and have made a conscious decision for all of it. I was just listening to KCRW's Good Food and their tortilla stories. As an east coaster, I was to run to the west coast just to sample all the good ones being made.

I love coconut water too. 99 cent stores sell it for a dollar a can. Sometimes it's on sell for 79 cents a can.

Love it!!! Remember y’all that not everybody’s body is the same. Like for her when she eats carbs she shuts down. When I eat carbs like pasta I actually feel more energized and don’t feel nauseous and when I do eat when I’m hungry I’m not bloated all the time depends what I eat too so just don’t go crazy on diets go on “getting to know your body better diet” ♥️😁
Retired Professional Chef here. Have a tip for you if you don’t already know it. Roll your fresh herbs up like a cigar in paper towels then put back into the plastic bags, they will last twice as long, and also take up less space. That way your not throwing away that giant bunch of parsley or cilantro. Love your videos and your van is super cool!

This is good advice and instruction for anybody living in any dwelling, house, apt., mobile, RV, etc.. It shows forethought, planning, list making, doing it (shopping), unpacking, and finally preparing anything. This is my first WBTM video. I don't know why she is doing this. But this was a nice, helpful, video for your grocery/living needs.

Love this video! Emry and I have been keto for 4 months and I have lost 39 pounds so far. I intermittent fast for 20 hour and eat 4 hours every Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday! Great video this week! I'm always amazed at how my friends in college could pack a weeks worth of food in a mini fridge! You keep inspiring us! I would love to see how to choose the van for you. I've been looking and looking and I'm not sure
I have a few suggestions for future videos. 1. Your videos show a lot of beautiful scenery; deserts, mountains, beaches & lakes. Film your trips to these amazing locations, and use your reporter skills to share with us some local history and/or legends about your favorite places. 2. Go through your equipment with us. Cameras. Camera accessories. Editing software. Show us how you make your videos. And 3. Get quirky. Find a haunted road to drive down. Stop at some roadside attractions. Visit and film anything that peaks your interest, and don't worry if we might or might not like it because you never know what people will gravitate towards. Happy travels. :)
I recently bought a Tupperware container that works like a crisper (necessary when you share a fridge), it works really well and keeps my veggies fresh. Came in a bunch of sizes so would easily work in your mini fridge. Sistema is the brand in Aus, perhaps there's something similar if that brand isn't in the US.
Self care routine! I also would suggest two individual videos, perhaps one showing daily routine and one showing night routine :)

What van is best for you would be helpful
If you do a video on what type of van to choose, I'd suggest the following topics could be covered. Vehicle height clearance - Promasters' axles are rather low to ground; not an issue but will limit where you can boondock. Length of vehicle - ease of parking and limits or expands designs. Cost of standard maintenance - how much does it cost on a Mercedes vs domestic van? How easy to convert based on the empty shell of a van? Gas vs diesel? Are parts readily available throughout North America? Driver's seating position - you'll be in it for hours at a time - is it comfortable, does it have good visibility? New vs used? And, the list could go on and on. Cheers, Steve

Sprinter or Promaster ? Would like to see a video on this subject sometime.
Sandra Halverson - i think it comes down to space above waist height - Sprinters have more tumblehome (the sides taper in more, so not as easy to fit a width oriented bed) and the fuel type (Sprinters tend to be diesel). Ultimately UA-camrs seem to be happy with any of them so can't go far wrong.
Promaster is fwd so it has a lower floor, not so good for off road but full stand up van in Promaster has less overall height
Devin Gessner - I don't follow that logic. I'd wager there are more self care videos on UA-cam than there are base van comparison videos.

I watched all your videos and would like to know what you do for security? Do you have pepper spray, gun, any type of weapons? What if a wild animal, bum anybody tried to do anything to you. Do you have security measures in place or have you thought about it.

Lovin your channel. I follow quite a few van/rv dwellers & U R the ONLY ONE who engages your audience via voting.
I don't live in a van but I do live in an apartment with 2 other flatmates, so when it comes to fridge, I also have limited space cause we all share it. Basically each one of us gets one shelf and that's it. So I shop just like you: one of each/very small portions. I end up going to the supermarket every 2 or 3 days but honestly I don't mind it that much.. I feel like this way I can also eat what I really want that specific day cause I'm constantly buying ingredients, whereas if I was buying in bulk and cooking big big batches of something I'd get tired of eating it for 4 meals :)

My vote is for: Choose the van for you. Looking to convert a van for camping and long term camping (not living in). Great work on what you've done so far.
What you should feature is a little bio/demo reel for your camera operator, who is so generously helping you shoot things like supermarket footage.

For condiments why not steal them from restaurants? Like you could have a McDonald's sweet and sour, Popeyes honey mustard, packets of ketchup and BK ranch!! Best of all worlds!!
Yeh, the packets are the way to go. Even mayo doesn't need to be refrigerated. But you don't need to steal from KFC to get packets. Buy them at the larger bulk stores that carry them!
Phil the Stalker I’m pretty sure Vuong condiment packets in bulk would defeat the whole space saving aspect of the packets in the first place.
Because its STEALING! They are meant to be used for that meal!

Hello, I just caught a few of your videos. Your lifestyle interests me because I recently started living in my camper. Not so much by choice but more out of necessity. I’m a cancer survivor and brain tumor surgery survivor who lost everything due to this illness. I currently have my 6th brain tumor and 7th on my right kidney. But I am 100% self sufficient. I live on my Social Security. Thank God I had bought a new camper when I could afford it, now it’s my home. But thankfully not having rent any longer and being medically retired I haven’t had to work since being payed off at age 44 when I first got this lung cancer. Eventually metastasizing into as many so far as six to my brain. I do all my own shopping. And drive when I know I am safe to. I hope I run into you on the road someday. God bless. Be safe. I would highly recommend getting a small air fryer! I love being able to cut carrots and cucumbers into chip size, then I put it in the air fryer and it makes them crispy without the oil!

Great video watched this particular one because I’m going camping and I have to go shopping for my fridge which uses dry ice to keep things cool. A lot of great tips and it looks as though cutting out processed foods is really good for you, your hair and skin looks healthy and great safe travels!
