Have you tried removing the battery? Those two screws are so crazy tight I am worried I am braking something lol... I think they are labelled as 9 Nm but I tried probably with 15 by now lol... Thanks!
Dude! thanks for watching. I actually had to remove them cause the dropper cable was stuck was a pain and crazy tight.

I got mine last week. Enjoying it so far. I can deal with the rattle from the motor but on the second ride it developed some noise in the head tube that I’m not sure about. It’s been a while since I had a carbon frame mountain bike so I wasn’t sure if the noise is normal or not.
Got mine 2 weeks ago. There's a knocking in the headset when turning the handlebars side to side, I contacted Canyon, and they said that I need to get a new washer for the top bearing from Acros. It arrived today, but I have not yet installed it. Does your bike have that knocking when turning the handlebars?
