Quite simply one of the best board game clubs i've seen! Had me laughing the entire time, especially Jon and Sully's team up and Izzy being so chaotic!
Deadwood (an installment on the same series of board games as Bristol) was the first gamble I took when starting to play boardgames, and I started to do so because of this channel. Now I have the full collection (Tortuga, Salem, Bristol and Deadwood) and just really love playing them. Thanks to all of you..
Well this game was a lot of fun. I mean, Dom was obviously having the plague and he was rightfully outed for it, Izzy was hysterical for sure ('If you ignore the one time I betrayed you in this game, I have not betrayed you." What? Amazing) and Adam desperately trying to convince everyone he is not a plaguerat of his own right even with the way he forced his way into their cart, Laurie being the one who gave Dom the plague (that was amazing!), I love it all. I also love these games that put Adam in this position, where everyone is suspicious of him and he is desperately trying to claw his way into their good graces because I usually never know if he is actually good or bad unless it is in some way obvious.
1:13:25 Izzy is the chaos star of the show but can we just appreciate Dom's absolutely golden freezeframe here? You could make a very versatile meme template outta this.
Thinking back to the first game of Blood on the Clocktower... then looking at how they work so hard to backstab each other now. Thought they did this to show how much fun board games could be... not how it can make everyone at the table slightly evil than they arrived. Bloody great game though, Hope they play it again with the extra powers later on. Could use a new game of Nemesis again too...
This looks really fun, I just ordered a copy after watching this. Infecting and backstabbing my friends is just the type of game I enjoy and the rules are simple enough that it can be played with copious amounts of beer as well. Thanks for the tip. Oh, and Izzy was rather amazing here. :)
52:02 Adam explained the Push action differently here than he did earlier in the game. Previously it was the back of the very last cart and if there was no room in it they died. If they didn't have the plague, the pusher died as well.

The game mechanic where you're asking everyone to remember if they had the plague and then just be honest about it, after they got in heated discussions professing their innocence for an hour… it's an odd choice. Obviously, you don't want to be playing with cheaters, but it's such a huge piece of information to just ask everyone to honestly self-report on.
Yeah, I'm wondering whether there's a better way to implement that mechanic... Maybe each player keeps some sort of secret record of the numbers they've had? That way each time you get new cards you have to write something down, regardless of whether you have the plague or not?

Think they have a new tee shirt quote.
I literally clapped when Izzy said "you've brought a lot of negative energy to my cart". brilliant.
The boys peer pressuring Izzy into doing things and then being shocked and appalled when she does them is outrageous lmao
They got what they deserved from that lol
Adam: Izzy is going to fit in so very well
Izzy: So we screw over everyone else, yeah?
31:51 for anyone who is curious.
I think izzy only pushed out sully to make that separation of church and state joke.
The thing is, that joke doesn't work in that order. Separation of church and state only benefits the state, Izzy was playing the church.

her delivery is so great. absolutely deserved that win.
John’s complete misunderstanding about how probability works is hilarious every single week he’s on 🤣🤣🤣
The Tilly and Izzy pairing is gonna shred Sully, Adam and Laurie apart
They seem so nice at first, but really it's the ones who seem the kindest who cut the deepest. Chaos, as the man says, is a ladder.
All of Sully's friends are so awesome! Sully's phonebook is the rocketship that NRB is strapped to
Ahaha brilliant comment
Izzy's energy is JUST what NRB, didn't need, BUT SHOULD DEFINITELY HAVE.
We definitely need more Izzy. She didn't bring much noise, but she damn sure brought a lot of funk.

Huge fan of this game. Dom and Jon are perfect for it.

This is the first time I've seen Laurie without a cap on. And let me just say. Humina Humina.
The bromancd between Sullt and Jon was great and this looks like an amazing game
I love that this game provides a context where people who caught the plague have a win condition
Izzy doesnt speak often but when she does its pure gold 😄

Lizzie is the most timid lunatic the world shall ever know.
Izzy is so quiet, but brings stone cold chaos.
I genuinely cannot express how cute Adam's "I'm so proud!" was
This now takes one of the top spots on my ‘cheer me up’ list of videos! I do say that Izzy is quite devious and I love it!

I went to a board game cafe in Bristol at the end of August... it was called Chance & Counters! Great video BTW, very funny and entertaining!
This episode reminded me about how much I love Bristol 1350... haven't had much chance to play at higher player counts either. Great episode!
Did not expect this game to be as entertaining as it was. Great crew.
