If you actually just talk to the vip to introduce you to the facility, since you saved them to your vip list, you should be able.to have them as the first entrant to the right of.the festival plaza, you also can just have them introduce over and over without ever having to install another facility first

I'm confused, so I have a shiny charmander I wanna use for battle tree but it has only 3 perfect IVs, 1 fantastic, and 1 very good, while the last is at decent. If I fully level it up to a 100 Charizard and Hyper Train, would it be good at all or would I lose any points towards stats due to the bad IVs. I'm a beginner so idk much about IVs and EVs.

If you lead with a Pokemon with Sticky Hold or Suction Cups it guarantees a bite every time when fishing

Robert Phillippi the characteristics only tell you what stat have the highest IV. So characteristic hunting is not a thing.
