After almost 4 months of shredding and improving with u, I have to say this is one of your toughest workout routine. I have lost so much fat all around and now wear 32 inch Levi's :-).i workout 4 days a week. 10 mins jumping on the spot, 20 to 25 mins of your shredding or shadow boxing followed by 20 or 30 min heavy bag routines and maybe 5 mins of abs.I have never felt better. I do nothing else nor do I have anything left to workout any more. Needless to say, I eat healthy.
You all probably dont care at all but does anybody know a trick to log back into an instagram account..? I somehow forgot the password. I would love any assistance you can give me!

I love these workouts. Thank you! I really miss the on-screen timer, from the first two HIIT videos. I switch leads halfway through each one-minute and each 30-second set, and the timer was invaluable for that.

I made it here after two weeks of each of the previous sessions. My arm strength has skyrocketed and I feel much stronger, swifter, and confident. The variations are sooo good! (8-5-2-3 is my personal favourite) Thank you so much, Nate! I feel more enthusiastic and look forward to working out every day because of you!
Thanks for putting these up. I am a long time Title member who has been iced out of the new On Demand workouts so this is much needed. It takes some getting used to having no breaks for 30 minutes so I only made it through 18 minutes of this one but I will try harder next time. My hands are shaking! Good stuff

I've bee following Nate's Savage heavybag workout since April. Sometimes I'd do 2 or 3 in a row, whew!! But because of those workouts, my legs feel so much better on these holding lunges. Still pure hell though. Thank you, Nate!
I have to say I always used to find all that mental talk as some bulls**t that doesn't really help but you do it really really good and it actually helped me and I held up the lunge all the time just because of you, so thanks man:)

When I first did this workout... I didn't like it. It was the 3rd time I had done ANY training on a heavy bag. I did it again today after doing the first 2 Heavy Bag HIIT rounds a few times. With the added training and more technique, I loved this round!!! 8-5-3-2 😍

This was probably the toughest workout From you that ive done, i burnt 450 Calories in just 30 Minutes. The Lunges are the most difficult because i seem to have weak knees. Always getting that stinging pain.

I've done this set like 15 times. It never gets easier. In fact, as you get stronger it gets HARDER!!!

I have a 80lb bag but feel it moves alot on my routine. Should i be tapping the bag vs leaning i on it?
