Great review, i was trying to distinguish what huss is, and what they serve as rock in fish and chips shops. I guess they both fall into the category. cheers
@@chefstravels8429 that's no problem I'm glad you found it helpful. I believe rock salmon in chippy's was actually spur dog originally also called spiney dog fish hence people believe it's bullhuss or dogfish. I'm not saying they was never used but I think Spurdog was where it all started
