Your workout guidance is perfect. I do military pushups everyday in sets and then do sarvangasan which helps me to develop good stamina and strength. If you can also guide for doing yogasans after workout it will be helpful to charge the body.

1st day k baad front side of the shoulder bahut pain ho raha, aur 2nd day k baad to itana jyada pain ho raha hai ki aisa lag raha hai ki kya ye joint pain to nahi hai na. Kya ye itana pain normal hai ya shoulder joint damage to nahi ho rahe honge? shoulder me front side ka area k muscles, jab haath to move karte hai aage piche ya upar niche normal routine me tab dukhta hai. Triceps bhi pain hota hai lekin itana nahi aur chest part near armpit bhi pain hota hai lekin ye usase bhi kum. To kya ye shoulder ka itana jyada pain normal hai?

Hi, how long should we rest in between sets and different workouts? And what to do if you get tired after 4-5 sets and can't hit the desired number of reps?
Ideally rest should be in between 2-5 minutes but you can extend it at last few sets 🙏
