Yes ofcourse you can. And if your hair is extra dry, do use a nice deep conditioner ^_^

I am guessing that its for extra dry rough hair. If your hair is manageable then you don't need them, the shampoo and a hair serum is enough ^_^

They have a silk protein bar, please try that. Also if your roots are too oily, you can try any clarifying shampoo and a hydrating conditioner only on the ends.

No, it didn't cause any extra hairfall for me. Although it doesn't stops hairfall completely, I still get a normal amount of hairfall every wash day. However, it has a whole range and sometimes it's possible that a bar may not suit your scalp and cause more hairfall. So always trust your guts, and take a second opinion:)
