Thankyou so much! I’ve watched so many videos which were all the same pretty much but none of them mentioned clear persistent storage for blu ray, I tried that and that’s all I needed to get my Xbox sorted

It only happens when I turn on my Xbox and a disc is already in it , won’t read when it turns on but when I re insert it it works it’s a left 4 dead 2 disc brand new

Nothing is working with 2 of my Xbox's, a Xbox one and Xbox S....
Keep getting the same message of check if disc is damaged or dirty despite being new disks...
Only started doing it after it updated...
Second Xbox keeps saying I don't own the game everytime I click on games, it's infuriating!

My Xbox one s does read my 4K discs but when playing it’s not reading it as Dolby nor HDR.
Now when playing a video game it does read Game HDR.
Please help.

If your old Xbox one console is vertical, turn it horizontal. This worked for me when neither of these tips in the video worked.

Sadly with 2 of my xbox one originals no matter what i do it refuses to play discs, this includes new ones...
As with my xbox S it takes an astronomical amount of time load discs and and equally ridiculous amount of time to load game pass games...
Now on my fourth xbox this one amd X i have had virtually no issues but have noticed a slight delay in loading games as of this month which hasnt bothered me, turning game off and on fixes it...
Xbox's just dont seem to be designed to last compared to playstations, i still play me ps3 i bought at launch and ive dropped it down a stairs...
Still play my ps4 ive had from launch and its a mystery on how its lasted having been dropped over 20 times by me, my wife, my daughter and even my dog! Yet my first xbox one got knocked over the once my dog and ceased to work again!!!
Im on my fourth xbox one!
