For me i dont know what is wrong because my mom had got me my xbox one of facebook but it would always read the disc but ever since my mom got me rdr2 it stopped working and a couple days ago i had bought ark so i can play with my brother but it wont download i changed almost every setting i keep restarting it nothing will work and i dont know if we can afford a repair
Hi! If the steps in the video does nothing I would try a factory reset (and keep games/downloads etc.). Hopefully that will sort out any software issues that might have occurred. Instructions can be found here: support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults Be sure to select "Reset and keep my games & apps." and NOT "Reset and remove everything". // Chris
Hi! Sorry to hear it´s not working :-/ Did it just stop reading the discs all of a sudden, or has it had any issues before? Sometimes the disc drives do stop working though and needs to be replaced :-/ // Chris

So I did the factory reset and try a few other ways including put the disc halfway in and then letting it spin and it still didn’t work
