This was an older project that I don’t have any more . I drilled a hole with a tapered drill in some 3/4 round bar and then just made the key by building up metal with the tig welder , hope this helps
The prop was too small and the motor was running bad but was still quite fast . It was so loud I like the 13hp four stroke now but might try that two stroke out again this summer
Ema Nymton yeah you are right I use a four stroke 13hp motor most of the time now. But I am planning a light skinny boat for speed I will use this motor on

Super badass larger prop would help out alot for speed the rpms are prolly too high for that prop and could go faster

REEUN'S VAERUS solo 210 is all I know, it’s a paramotor engine
if you are stuck in mud wont the bottom end torque of a four stroke be better? but maybe you just building one for speed.
