I grew up with Paul on the radio. He touched my life and I miss him dearly. He was one of a kind. He was news. I never trusted anything since him. Thank You Paul for being a part of our daily lives!
I was a big Paul Harvey fan from the ages of 11-13 because he was on the radio after Blazer games in the early 90's. I'd fall asleep listening to Paul Harvey, and wake up at 3am to terrifying Crimestoppers segments regarding break-ins and murders.
I remember my grandmother listening to Paul Harvey when I was really young and I remember being mesmerized by this strange man's voice. I distinctly remember his phrase "Paul Harvey..........Good day!!!" I'm sure there was more to the quote before he said his name but I don't remember what it could have been
When the scourge, complexity and the filth of today’s politics gets to me many times, I find myself going to some of the old Paul Harvey news reels. I’ll listen to him for about 30 minutes while I do work around the house and somehow it all gets better I forget about the politics of today for at least the rest of the day. Thank you, Paul Harvey, all these years later for giving us the rest of the story.
Do you have the recording of Paul Harvey reciting "A Dog's Ten Commandments" please? As Paul Harvey said in one of the broadcasts of this, these ten commandments may be applied to any pet, and this is the most touching, tearful recitation I have EVER heard Paul Harvey tell! Please let me know if you have this! THANK YOU!!!
I think Paul Harvey was so much better when listend to on radio than in person before live audience and on camera! This video is a little disappointing! However, thank you for making this video! It was good to see him and hear his voice!
He was great! Another good 1 was Jerry Clowers. He was a comedian but he knew how to put it in words. If you want to liv life read the rule book. The Holy Bible. He was good. I remember the golden age of radio. The Amos and Andy show. Inner Sanctum. Gang Busters. I led 3 lives.
You are so wrong my friend. The love of a mother is not from the devil. The love of a father is not from the devil. The sacrifice of a man's life for his friend does not come from the devil. Taking care of the handicapped and the poor is not from the devil. I could go on and on but I think you understand that you spoke too quickly and without thought.
He Definitely had a Golden Bank Account. And a Silver Tongue. I too, like my parents, used to think he was great and all that. I don't mind your negative comments about me, right off the bat I expect that. But 1st please, Heavily research Who this Man Really Was and who his handshaking friends were. After that, you'll find him Very Disturbing. With what I know now, I call him Fraud Harvey. I wish it wasn't like that, but when you have knowledge and get facts, you can't pretend you don't. What a gift we had in Paul Harvey.

The good news is that Jesus died for our transgressions- everything else is from the devil.

Harvey was good. Perhaps not on the level of Rush Limbaugh, though.
1 million times better than Rush. Not in the same league!!
