    Thank you so much for this. My wife had a shitty, fat-shaming experience with a doctor today, and doing this video with you made both of us feel better. This was just what we needed, to feel like we are able to move and exist in our bodies as they are.

    Hi, I found you through tiktok and I just wanted to say I am so grateful for a resource like this! I've been struggling to keep up a regular practice because I'm just so tired of watching people who don't look like me and don't consider what people like me may have to take into consideration when doing yoga!     I have fibromyalgia which often restricts my movement in unpredictable ways-- your approach to yoga is so much more accessible to me as a disabled person, thank you! 😊

      Thank you so much. I want to be as accessible as possible for as many folks as possible. In a class environment it is easier to adjust to who is in the room, I am glad that it translates to recorded practices as well

    Do you recommend a bolster, is there a better one for our size?

      I prefer to use Tall/ Restorative bolsters that are filled with cotton batting. The longer the better they fit my width for sitting on and the cotton batting holds up well over time. I use the BYoga Restorative bolster myself.
