Very nice, but I am surprised they didn’t put laundry in each unit; for those prices I would expect it. Laundry on each floor is okay, but how many units are sharing that one washer/dryer combo? Those things aren’t fast, which could lead to laundry/roommate/neighbour issues. Speaking of which, figuring out how to divide up the rent in that 3 bedroom could be a challenge; 3 very different rooms there. Have a great weekend!
hardly any apartments in the area regardless of price have washer/dryer in the apartment. mainly because there are laundromats you can walk to , all over the place.
@@Cosdamotto idk if you’ve lived in the city most of your life but for us who have had laundry in-unit most of our lives, it’s such a luxury thats hard to give up. I don't know if bong shops are everywhere in New York or if Cash just likes to highlight them. But every video: BONG SHOP!!!! :) Love it Cash, keep it up.
The 3 bedroom with the private roof is the exact layout I LOVE in an apartment!!!! The green in the kitchen is beautiful. The HUGE windows and all the natural light makes my heart happy. The views of the city. are amazing. Only drawback- if you are building such a luxury place, what not add in unit laundry???? I love it but would pass on it because of the laundry situation.
Is it possible to put your own washer and dryer in the apartment? Here in Calgary, a lot of the rental apartments, condos etc do not come with in unit laundry facilities. Apartments usually have laundry rooms and you are required to pay to use them. Every place I have lived in I have put my own washer and dryer in the unit. It saves money in the end and best of all you will not have to worry about the machines being clean!
For new construction, the prices are very reasonable, the rooms are spacious, and I like that the kitchens have character, and not the usual bland grey. For once, the rents are cheaper than a suburban mortgage, and even cheaper than some of the rents in the commuting suburbs. Good deal all around.

The ideal bedroom is the one with the bathroom and big closet, but like you said you'd be the one paying more of the rent. That's why I'd go for the larger bedroom with the smaller closet because at least you'll have space for a dresser or even an armoire. Love the green cabinets and shelving in the kitchen.
After splitting the rent, this place is perfect!! You sure get a LOT for the money. Theater and gym... Get out!! I love it. Absolutely love the views and that deck! One of my favorite places that you have shown.
Good morning Cash. I would totally rent this apartment in a heartbeat! Loved all the windows and private outdoor area. The kitchen is awesome, I really like the open shelves. I need to get myself one of those medicine cabinets! The building has fantastic amenities, especially with the enclosed dog area and underground parking. The only minor thing I don't understand is why all the closets are so small. Have a great weekend, make sure you get some downtime 💕
I'm old so now I can say "back in my day" ---- here goes - in the mid 60's through the 70's (San Francisco), very few apartment buildings had laundry facilities in the building, much less actually in the apartment itself. A laundromat only a block away was a real luxury! And, there were no beautiful kitchen appliances -- a stove, fridge (freezer portion had to be manually defrosted!) and kitchen sink, that was it. This is a great buiding for roomates. It woud be easy to work out a schedule with other tenants on the floor for using the washer and dryer. Also, I think it would be unnessarily cumbersome to split up the rent according to bedroom size. Just take three straws, cut them to different lengths, and have each person draw a straw. The person who draws the longest straw gets the big bedroom and then it's a toss up for the other two bedrooms. In my wildest dreams as a young renter, I could never have imagined a building with all these fabuous amenities: a dog washing station, a roof deck, an apartment deck, a dog run, a gym, private conference rooms, a public meet and greet room for large parties/celebrations, and separate heating controls in each bedroom!
Close to the subway, brand-new and with a rooftop deck and other amenities, this is a good building, though they need more machines in the laundry rooms. The rooms are large, there's lots of light and a great terrace. Split three ways the rent will be higher for the one with the ensuite, but that brings the cost down for the other two. The possibility of renting a parking garage space will appeal to some.
Whoop, Whoop, these are great apartments with views and lots of space! This is the NY type of apartments I love. I would go for the 1 bed apartment. The rent for both apartments seem fair, especially with all the amenities. Thanks for sharing Cash!!
Extraordinary amount of space for the money. Surely they could have squeezed a washer/dryer in there. Open kitchen shelves are much cheaper and easier to install than cabinets with doors. I hope there is a pantry somewhere for the tenant's mismatched Tupperware and cereal boxes that don't look pretty.
I'm always surprised at the small closets in the bedrooms in even the 'luxury' apartments of New York. I have a tiny 650 sq ft condo yet the closet in my bedroom is 8 ft long. There are additional closets in my hall. Why are New York closets so tiny yet they spare no expense on other items?
Wow! What a building! I can hear Conan O'Brien putting a flashlight under his chin and singing "in the year 2000". Truly a futuristic concept and building. :)
Great apartment. Way too expensive for my budget, but then again, I don't live in New York. no amenities fees in most Brooklyn units. This is my building as well and no fees here. This is by far one heck of an amount of space plus roofdeck in Brooklyn areas.

What an incredible new build! I think Scotland could benefit from these style of apartments! While I don’t know if all the in-building amenities would be used (residents lounge, party room, office, etc) as I feel that most people would associate these with student accommodation, I do think that the layout and build quality is impressive! I LOVE the 3 bed with the huge outdoor space! I could easily move all my books, and plants and cat happily! 🤩 Great video Cash 👍🏼

This one is actually worth the money. So big and beautiful. That balcony alone is an entire living space in the summer! It's shame they couldn't put a washer & dryer in unit, though.

Hmmm, green kitchen decor…not sure that would fits everybody’s style. Grey floors and bathrooms are pretty neutral. There are room for private washer and dryer, so for that price, I think it should be in each apartment instead of only one each floor.

This is a VERY nice brand new apartment, but it raises some questions. How do tenants reserve space in the conference room in the residents' lounge? How do you reserve the "party room?" Who chooses the movies in the theater? What do you do with those dog cages? Just leave Fido there and go to work for the day? What? With all that rooftop space, no rooftop pool? At that price point, would like to see in unit Laundry. I see Value at that Price point with 1 month free, and the Amenities . The Kitchen is very nice, and the open shelving very functional. The units will be the talk of Lower Manhattan with those extra nice Medicine cabinets !
Definitely see the appeal for young professionals in their 20s and 30s to live in this bldg. Own laundry is better but, many will be using dry cleaners for work wear. I love that a place to wash your dog is available,... also this means people are less likely to wash their dog in their shower with them (haha I do that). Nice place, very modern looking kitchen and bathroom! Huge flat roof is a plus, actually seems "reasonably" priced for the space and facilities! But is the doggie washing room really necessary lol
They're great, but the only detriment I see is these apartments are more than large enough to accommodate a washer & dryer. I don't see a reason why they have separate laundry rooms. Even if they have the convenience of having them on each floor.
Cashism: “If you’re looking for a safe ethical place to put your money i don’t see one around here you may need to keep looking “. What about under the mattress Cash 😂 It’s a nice building. Nice space. One laundry machine though? From the window to the wall 🎶 😂

Hello. Green kitchen, nope. Is that near the border of Brooklyn and Queens. A place that invites teenagers and their friends, nope. I am glad that part of the neighborhood has changed. The idea of the building harmony is great for a family.
Looks that way when compared to other NY places. I still find it crazy though, We pay less than 6k per month, mortgage and all expenses included for our 4000sqft house out in wine country. I guess that's the price you pay for being in NY

They're great, but the only detriment I see is these apartments are more than large enough to accommodate a washer & dryer. I don't see a reason why they have separate laundry rooms. Even if they have the convenience of having them on each floor.
Happy Friday, Cash! 🥰🥰🥰
Cashism: “If you’re looking for a safe ethical place to put your money i don’t see one around here you may need to keep looking “. What about under the mattress Cash 😂 It’s a nice building. Nice space. One laundry machine though? From the window to the wall 🎶 😂
Those were exactly my thoughts.
Cash.. i loves ur hands gesture while making review :)
For that price, it needs a washer and dryer in the apartment.
Cash, do you feel to rent it for your family? Any chance to move somewhere else?
Always loving to check your locations all about “ do it your way … if fun, you’re an “ attraction”
Very nice, new apts., seems a fair price for everything that comes with these units. nice kitchen and baths.
Morning!!!! Have a good weekend!!!!!
I actually watched the entire video! I am so implemented
I'm a country girl from the midwest. I would never live in a big city but enjoy watching your videos. Why do you keep saying Dunken Donuts has fake coffee? Keep up the good work.
I love the building and apartments. It's to far from downtown for me. Thanks Cash.
Really good price for a modern clean penthouse
Love the references to fake coffee at Starbucks and Dunkin! Great videos as always
Hello. Green kitchen, nope. Is that near the border of Brooklyn and Queens. A place that invites teenagers and their friends, nope. I am glad that part of the neighborhood has changed. The idea of the building harmony is great for a family.
That is a gorgeous apt Cash Jordan.
Love this apartment, you definitely get your money's worth
Looks that way when compared to other NY places. I still find it crazy though, We pay less than 6k per month, mortgage and all expenses included for our 4000sqft house out in wine country. I guess that's the price you pay for being in NY
Such a nice rooftop you could jog and do laps.
Extremely spacious 👍🏾
I love the building and all the apartments. I just don't understand the green paint in the apartments kitchens.
The cages are for children, you silly goose. 🤣 That deck is AWESOME! What a sweet perk!
that conference room in the lounge is the glass cage from You
also, yes, there should be IN UNIT laundry for that price, wow - and no gas range??¿¿¿?
The shower for your unruly guests/dog is awesome. 😂
Interesting units, to be the first, the an interesting thought. Great layouts, very sharable
That place is amazingly beautiful and the outdoor space is awesome… the prices tho are just stupid… that’s a mortgage payment, ahh like 3 mortgage payments… 💙
The would-be about $CDN 9000 - 12,000 a month here in Toronto
I love this place. If I have the money I'd buy it, NOT rent it. Mr. Jordan can you please indulge me? If I am to buy this, how much would it be?
Wow! If I could afford it I would live there!
