Business is all about the people , if you can add value to people you can add value to your business, which just shows , how well cash understands his business
Great advice at the end, Cash, about not renting what you don't need. I've never seen a dishwasher under a sink. The drain for the sink must be in a corner of the sink.
I pondered the placement of the dishwasher too. It's the first one I've seen & the drainage for the sink is where? Your guess is probably accurate, in the corner of the sink. It's got to be customed designed & I would like to see it. Great comment by the way!! Peace
Cash I love how humble and wholesome you are in real life giving out positive vibes too everyone and how simply you keep the videos the same idea each time so awesome, so many UA-camrs wish they could have the same concept for each video!
I love how your Kash's videos inadvertently show the walk space when opening appliances and doors. It also shows perspective when someone of his height walks or sits in the room.
What a lovely couple of apartments! If you’re thinking about your little daughters schooling, don’t just think kindergarten. In Scotland we have ‘catchment areas’ which means that certain junior schools (primary schools as they’re called here) filter into the senior schools. It’s very important in Scotland to not only pick a good nursery and kindergarten but also think ahead to the senior school that your child will end up at. Although obviously moving is still an option for later on, it’s something we tend to focus on here in Scotland. Our primary schooling is only 7 years and children move up at age 12 so there’s an need to look ahead for a good senior school. Great video today … I particularly liked the close up of the cake/muffin/cookie/calorie-packed-chocolate-heavenly-thing 🥰
Love how cash meets two of my needs currenty: entertaining me with tours of houses I'll never live in and adding up to my English vocabulary and phrases storage
New York City is full of iconic buildings. I didn't get to see the Woolworth building on my past two visits, and planned to go to see the Western Union building and others on the 2020 holiday I had to cancel. 😞
Finding a good apartment that works is a must. I've lived in my upstate NY apartment for about 5 years now. The rent is low, my job is within walking distance and some of my friends live in the area to. You'll know when you've found the right place.
The tennants in the elevator of thd first apartment were hilarious! I really liked both places. As nd the magic words were "Nesr Soho" and "Location, Location, Location!"
Cash, you're awesome, but I feel like this title is a bit misleading. These are not micro apartments. I've been in micro apartments. You've definitely been in micro apartments. The living room + the first bedroom in that two-bedroom are LARGE. That studio is about the same size as the one I lived in for 5 years. It's not a micro-apartment. Granted, I would never pay $3K a month to live in a studio -- anyone making six figures deserves more space imho. Still, these are really nice apartments... and not micro. Keep 'em coming!!!
Both units are surprisingly awesome. Love the two BR. The studio is so loaded with closets. New kitchens and baths in both units are great. Hopefully the super will keep his promise of new toilet seat covers. The only lack to me is laundry in unit. The ones downstairs are not bad.
I noticed The Frick blip lol. I always think it is better to educate instead of berate. Better to see the Frick Mansion on 5th &70th when it reopens. It is one of the few classic mansions left in N.Y.C. It also has an incredible art collection and concert room which you can get tickets to. The building you passed is the original Whitney Museum. The Frick is under major reno work.
Finally, a sink sprayer that gave even you shock and awe! The first place is great, and you're right--for a first floor place, it is sunny, not dreary. I feel sorry for the super who has to put up with that flaky tenant in the elevator! One thing: should have washer/dryer in the apt. Anyway, keep slamming those dishwasher doors ;)
Anyone who didn't laugh when Cash said the building had 'blowholes' just doesn't have a sense of humor. Five stars for pointing out the neighborhood features!
I'd love to see what someone does with that bright, awesome studio. Cash thanks for the Sunday tours! Hope all is good with the wife and the amazing Violet! 🙂👍👍👍💕
The two bedroom apartment is great. Cash said it's too expensive for him, so the rent must be high to capitalize on the great neighborhood, the nice building, and the responsible super. The studio is almost perfect, but at $3000 it is on the expensive side.
Whoop! I actually prefer the studio apartment with all the sun. Another plus is the elevator in the building and all the closet space. I can see myself as a future Micro Apartment tenant in this building. One has to pay for luxury living and this building provides for luxury living and neighbourhood looks great! Thanks for sharing Cash and I want a bite of the cookie you bought please.
@@eattherich9215 Interesting. Looked into it and it seems that not all are diseased as some are raised in controlled settings for eventual consumption.
@@Lowest_Levels: not disputing this, but you really wouldn't want to eat the run of the mill pigeon. They suffer from a kind of foot rot caused by, amongst other things, standing in their own excrement. 🤮
Hey Cash, I am visiting Kansas City for the first time and just discovered that they have residential refrigerators almost as big as these tiny apartments. Seriously, I kid you not, fridge/freezers five feet wide! Every time I pass one I start planning where to put my furniture.
Everyone forgets about Murphy beds! They don’t need to be installed into the wall! I lived in a downtown studio for five years and everyone asked where I slept 😉
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good video Cash. The first apartment shown is excellent even the studio, however, the rent is a bit high although we are talking about NYC. Stay Safe & Healthy... Abrazos
First apt, the second bedroom did not have an air conditioner. Nice apt if you qualify, go for it. Second apt put a see through bookshelf between living/sleeping areas. It will not darken the apt but offer a bit of privacy. Room is big enough.
Ok these were nice. Can't wait to see perspective places that you and your family will be moving to if you decide to take us on that journey, just don't show or tell us the final decision for the privacy of your family
Omg you make my day 😊..loved the first apts kitchen... one of my favorites so far..."blow holes coming out of the building"... 😂... thanks Cash for my daily pick me up.
Cash, displaying ignorance gets easier with time. You are humble enough to admit it. Soooo many aren't. Humility is a virtue and you wear it well. Now a question...have their been places you retreated from that were so bad you said, "No way!"?
Smashing Pumpkins? One of my favorite bands! Love the wood floors and the square toilet! Where do you get toilet seats? At the toilet store (Anchorman reference). Happy Sunday! :)

Ground floor unit, eh? Guessing flooding is a non-issue, especially after Hurricane Ida came and went. Love that studio but too steep for my non-budget. WOMP WOMP.
You went to Levain Bakery!! 😋 Interesting interaction with FDNY. Glad they were friendly. Those apartments were really nice. Not my choice in neighborhoods but definitely nice.
Hey Cash do you know why there's so many pigeons in that part of the park? There's a woman who comes there every day & feeds them & gives them water. I'm serious. I've sat there many times & dreaded when she comes there. It's worse than the Alfred Hitchcock movie "The Birds" But the neighborhood is great, especially for shopping. At some point next year a Target express store will be opening where the Food Emporium supermarket used to be. That 1st apartment, even tho it was 1st floor was fantastic even tho the 2nd bedroom was dark. Don't know if it's changed but it used to be a Dept of Health regulation that a new toilet seat had to be installed every time a place was rented to new tenants. Not a fan of the studio tho. $3000 & that was the size of the bedroom in my old apartment in queens.
Pigeons was a problem in Trafalgar Square until the ban on feeding them. A few birds of prey will keep them on the move. The studio is also about the same size of one of my bedrooms. I just can't imagine living, dining sleeping in that one small room.
@@eattherich9215 I remember how bad it was years ago in Trafalgar Square. There is no reason to be feeding pigeons. They are great scavengers. I don't ever remember seeing a skinny or emaciated 1.
