Besides all of his talent, I don't think I've ever seen a better looking man than the young Elvis. And I'm a straight man.

Elvis is one of the best singers that has ever lived. He was also a fabulous entertainer. There is a reason he is called "The King". He had a great voice & could sing anything whether it was ballads, gospel or rock. He also acted in quite a few movies with great songs. "Jailhouse Rock" is considered one of the best (this is one of the first music videos).

It ‘s always a pleasure to listen to Elvis, the greatest singer, arranger/producer, and entertainer to have ever lived. He’s sold more records than anyone, solo artist or group. The legend, The King, the greatest of all time! TY for reacting to my man. ❤🎉😘

Elvis was one of the 10 most photograped people of the 20 century (before smartphone), among others like Queen Elisabeth. He is the best selling solo artist of All time. Even in the years 2010-2020 he was the third best selling artist in the U.K . He is in 5 ! Hall of fames, got Grammys for his Gospel, has one of the best selling christmas albums, had 18 number 1 hits on Billboard top 100, has most number 1 singles in the UK of All time, changed music forever, were named the worlds 14 best country singer, is the King of rock'n roll, has some of the most played love songs, "can't help falling in love" is the most played songs at weddings, made the worlds biggest concert on satellit in 1973 and MUCH more ! Also in style, his haircut was named the coolest and most trend setting a few years back, people know his "thank you very much" expression, and "Elvis has left the building" is still referenced in lots of places. Several movies and TV series are made about him. The new Elvis biopic is up for 8 oscars, and has already won 73 prices and now the animated "Agent Elvis" will start on netflix the 17 of april. And a new series about Elvis and Pricilla are being made. How crazy is All his ?!

Elvis is amazing, there's a reason he's called the King ! A young lady that's keeping the King's music alive is Allie Sherlock ! Check out her cover of Jail House Rock from a month or two back ! You'll find this cover on her UA-cam channel, enjoy !

You can bet your bippy that Michael Jackson watched this video just a FEW times. What was so incredible about him was how much ground he broke. Never had people seen a singer who could dance that that. This was just FUN, and your enjoyment increaded that fun. Thank you for all that you post!!

Alex Romero, a dancer and choreographer was assigned by MGM production executive Pandro S. Berman to work on Elvis' dancing for the movie "Jailhouse Rock.” Dancing great Gene Kelly was on set as an observer while the scene was being filmed, & Elvis was helped by dancer Russ Tamblyn, who worked with Presley on his leg movement. Romero also conceived the sets and costumes. Due to an oversight by MGM production executive Pandro Berman, choreographer Romero did not receive credit for his work. Berman sent Romero a letter of apology that was published in Variety Magazine." Romero also worked with Presley on three other films - Clambake (1967), Double Trouble (1967), and Speedway (1968).

@@lynette. Welcome. There was discord between Romero & Berman & it's my belief that because of that discord, Berman purposely "forgot" to credit Romero -- but finally did the right thing by posting it in the biggest show biz mag at that time.

WHY does no one ever catch these lyrics?
"Number 47 said to Number 3 - You're the cutest jailbird I ever did see -
I sure would be delighted with your company - C'mon and do the jailhouse rock with me"
    LOL 😆
