It strikes me that it could be really rewarding in a different way to work with someone who reminds you of yourself in a past life, or formerly, what ever. Enjoying these vlogs! Enjoyed the video Holly and great to see business is going well for you. I'm trying to stay calm ahead of my first 100km ultra this weekend! In a good place fitness wise, training has been solid. Now I just need to manage the nerves and hopefully enjoy the experience. I lost my mom to cancer when I was 13. What I have learned works for me is to use that day to do something unique to celebrate her. This year I asked a couple friends I love to join me in setting my mile PR and I dedicated that mile to her.

Holly your perspective on life is so beautiful and encouraging. I struggle a lot with depression and anxiety so I go through a lot of waves and can’t seem to have it all together sometimes. I’m still learning the line between grace and giving myself a push. Working out is helping a lot though and I feel so much better when I do!
Unfortunately I think I have to scratch my half plans this October because my shins just aren’t healing. However this has inspired me to stay with being in the gym, and I’ll get to running and get proper advice hopefully soon! “Not now” doesn’t mean never!

Hi Holly! IT will be 2 years for my mom on 16 July....I have to be honest the moments leading up have not been well.. .My sister's birthday is on the 10th and she passed in 2000. I'm experiencing a lack of motivation to get back into the gym. Thanks for the vlog.. it helps a lot.❤

I am currently training for my first full marathon at the end of September and am so worried that the training plan I follow is not the right choice since it increases the km's per week soo slowly..Any tips to let go of that fear of not doing enough preparation? Thank you for your amazing content as always!!
How do we know when our bodies can handle two a day work outs? What would you say are some main differences between being tired and being lazy? What I mean is how do we know when we should push or rest

100 miler...That is daunting to process for me, just signed up for a 50K and in full training mode now and even that distance has me worried, Good luck! 🇨🇦

Have you ever had plantar fasciitis? Ive been running for over 10 years and am now dealing with it for the 1st time.
Please let me know if you have any tips. Ive gained some weight and am trying to get back to my normal weight and doing more strength training for my ankles.
I have had it. Once on each foot. 😢 A recent poll ranked plantar faciitis slightly easier to resolve than the crisis in the Middle East, but more difficult than building your own nuclear reactor at home. I suggest getting help from a Sports Physical Therapist.

I order off the website but I know a few Whole Foods and other smaller health stores carry it. I think the website shows you stores by location!
