What an amazing video-as always! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts on Enscape and, more specifically, the latest improvements that came with Enscape 3.5. We're so happy to hear they're saving you so much time so you can focus on other things, like creating stunning projects just like this one ✨
@@ShowItBetter A few years ago, I gave Enscape a try but wasn't pleased with the results, so I stopped using it, I'm pleasantly surprised to see how much it has evolved and how good it is now.
i wish they will improve the camera and can render portrait, its really hard to do it with the right camera angle. also add round corner to make it more realistic like in d5. right now i switch to d5 because it has a good GI than enscape and has ray tracing. The only downside of d5 is it makes bigger files and eat a lot of space in hard drive.
Ya me too, I prefer enscapes UI and workflow but in the end, D5 has more realistic lighting and higher detail objects that give it a better outcome which is what matters the most in the end. The unlimited free version was also more attractive to begin with..
I really like using enscape and tend to use it as an alternative of Lumion more when I don't have time and want to create some interesting realistic renders in short time. Thanks for making videos like these
I love it! I use Enscape,it’s super easy and the results are great We would like to see another tutorial for post production and editing on photoshop or Lightroom that would be great
Enscape is my "go to" when i have to get a quick and good quality render for client. Most of the time he's doing the job and it's enough. It works so well directly integrated into sketchup and 'im still amazed by his quickness. I wish they could add minor thing especially in the light section, like a true "mesh light" option, be able to use "gobo", enable or not the reflection of specific lights... And for texture maybe some "subsurface scattering" to really increase realistic render or multi layering / falloff to get nice velvet fabric. But i'm pretty sure they will keep the good work :)
Hi Steven. Exceptional video! Not only the content is spot on but also the editing and background music, making it not only informative but also entertaining. Keep the great work!
there is a very fine line in your understanding of a “high quality rendering”! Enscape is fast but for multiple reasons cant give you the quality render that you talking about! Enscape is good for architecture competions with very tiny time, fast with a normal “quality” for whats is the purpose..with a lot of pos production for sure..
I see it as a high quality rendering within the context of extra fast render times. I think that among real time rendering engines, probbaly this is the one that can give you good high quality renders for such a short period of time investment. Of course, it all ends up on the person who is making them. I've seen really good renders made in Enscape, and bad ones made in vray. But we all know it depends on the knowledge each one has about texturing, lighting and composition
I came here to check whether Enscape could be an alternative to Twinmotion but I stayed for the compositions. You do a great job of helping your viewers and clients to imagine their spaces. I wonder if you have classes on how to improve composition in visualisations.
thanks, it's something I try to spend some time thinking of and doing. It's sometimes harder than texturing, modeling or lighting, because rules change with each project. If I ever create a video on it or course, Ill for sure let you know :)
i was an Enscape user and i swetched to mac and the choices that i had where Blender Twinmo and Unreal. after a few moment later they add Enscape for mac but it was not the same experience with Window Enscape for mac was just burk so i focus on twinmo Blender and Unreal and now i use Sketchup for modeling LayOut for documenting blender to render images and blender KIT to populate my model with hight quality fournitures... and unreal to creat walk.... the cool stuff here is the fact that you can add your fourniture and export as a gltf to use them directly in Unreal .Thanks
the improvement is insanely good. i was waiting for this exact video while u posting it on insta and thought also u would go indepth like i always finds it difficult to have a good glass material and reflection and light shadow and how u achieved that
hey! tbh the glass material and reflectivity for this specific project (and the majority) that I use, is the default one. I don't modify any extra parameters, so that is why I didn't go too indepth into that
I tried the student version once a couple years back when I was a student. Let's just say the renders blew my professor's sock off. Because back then 3d animation was only achievable by rendering that cost you shit ton of time and money
i love the aesthetic of there renders, well placed furniture and accessories, i was just wondering whats the best exterior vegetaion for rendering on enscape , is there any other external websites we can find realistic vegetation
Well to be honest until now I have only used the built in library from Enscape, which has pretty good trees from famous archviz libraries. But you can also use the library from EpicGames for free of their Megascans and import it into Sketchup. Have you tried it?
it really depends on how and for what you are using it for. I can use both but for different types of projects and clients. Enscape is great for fast, high quality renders.
some of the lamp fixtures I used does have a glow effect in the final render, although you can mostly control it through the general interior light option, not one by one (at the moment)
Enscape for Rhino doesn't support IES profiles and lights in general are really broken. I suggest not working in other software than SketchUp on tight deadlines or commercially.

The improvements made to Enscape since I last worked with it are remarkable. Great job! I currently exploring d5 render
I know! It's amazing how far it has come, and it's just getting better with each update. Have you tried Enscape?

This is the best enscape render have ever seen
thanks! Although I've seen better renders than these haha

thanks! I think that is exactly the point, using Enscape as a productivity tool more than anything
I love it! I use Enscape,it’s super easy and the results are great

thanks! yeah post processing and color correction is also a big part of the image and the vibes, I could probably do a video on that too!

I totally get you! if just some minor tweaks were added, Enscape would be a great overall option!

thanks Lautaro! It's an honor.
amazing my enscape brother im a enscape user for along time since it release enscape saves a lot of time
I was just looking to improve my enscape renderings! Your renderings looks amazing!
cool, glad it came right on time!

Many thanks!
The editing is insane Steven ! Great stuff
I spent a bit more time with this one, thanks for noticing!

Enscape < Twinmotion < Lumion 2023
It would be helpful if you also show the post production process. Thank you for always being helpful.
this would be good for another video! the majority of it was done in lightroom

I've wanted to learn blender for so long! How long did it take you to learn?
you have unique insights
Such a beautiful and understanding video 😍😍😍
Glad you liked it

Mr. St. amazing video, thx a lot!
Glad you liked it!
I love your videos, it's everything amazing, Steven! Btw, I enjoyed the music 🇧🇷
thank you! I was in a very brazilian vibe while making this video haha, so good!

amazing....can you pls share the skp model sir
thanks in advance

thank you for sharing this experience 👌👌😍😍
So nice of you thanks!
Great Video.
Could we have a detailed tutorial of above work.
Thank you.
thanks! There is a more or less detailed tutorial on Enscape released a few months ago, it's basically the same workflow :)
This render is superb! Did you use a custom preset for this?
None :)
Hello Mr. Steven) Please tell me if there is an analysis of night rendering through Enscape, I would like to see what tricks you use.
I haven't done one yet but this is a good idea!
Enscape vs (Lumion, D5 Render or anything else). Which one is faster to render animations?
In terms of speed, Enscape all the way
@@ShowItBetter thank you 😊
Really nice explanation of enscape, I have a request can you provide your HDRI sky file
thanks! you can go to PolyHaven and download them for free
I appreciate your comment
Nice render and thx for the tips. Just wondering how one accesses all those shelves unless this apartment belongs to Peter Parker. 😂
Yes, exactly it was made for Peter haha 😂
It was useful thank you
Glad it was helpful!
I'm not in uni yet, does anyone have recommendations on what programs I could work on plz?
Enscape is looking good, seems like a strong competitor - does Chaos include it in a Vray bundle? BTW, your staircase doesn't work. Nice vid!
HAHA! it doesn't, I'm aware. Also, I don't think it's included in a bundle, but I'm not sure. It's definitely a great option for sure
@@ShowItBetter keep it up!
amazing
Thank you! Cheers!
nice app
Lumion 2022 and enscape, which is better ?
it really depends on how and for what you are using it for. I can use both but for different types of projects and clients. Enscape is great for fast, high quality renders.
@@ShowItBetterWhich software gives the best output (render quality)?
How do you merge the two programs together
what do you mean specifically?
does it have furniture with working lights?
some of the lamp fixtures I used does have a glow effect in the final render, although you can mostly control it through the general interior light option, not one by one (at the moment)
the displacement you're showing looks more like a normal
haha I know, it could be better
does enscape use full potential of the RTX gpu? or is it just like previous lumion (rasterization only)
It does raytrace 6 bounces for specular. Diffuse bounces I don't know
@@tobiaskuhlmann3545 is that exclusive to rtx gpu?
Maxwell render has left the chat
haha
My background turned black when I add a 8K HDRI from polyheaven. Is it because my GPU is too slow? Thank you.
maybe add a 4k hdri?
Someone have problems in enscape when rendering with RTX 4080 it crash?
Enscape for Rhino doesn't support IES profiles and lights in general are really broken. I suggest not working in other software than SketchUp on tight deadlines or commercially.
did not know that! Probably at the moment it works better on Sketchup
I always feel using enscape will cook my laptop 💀
can u share hdri ????
you can download it for free in Poly Haven!
