  • Try this amazing juicy chocolate cake, kladdkaka! It’s easy to make and a classic traditional cake in Sweden, called “kladdkaka” which means sticky cake.
    Swedish Sticky Chocolate Cake Recipe:
    2 eggs
    2.5 dl sugar / 1 cup
    1.5 dl flour / 0.6 cup
    2 tsp vanilla sugar
    3 tbsp cocoa
    1 pinch salt
    100g butter / 3.5 oz (melted)
    Tin 24 cm / 9.4 inch
    In oven for 10-15 min, 200C / 392F (the shorter time in the i oven the stickier).
    Let the cake cool down before cutting.
    Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
    It’s perfect to store in the fridge and to eat cold as well.
