Thank goodness for carpet crews that do over nights.

I would just rip all that carpet out. Not sure why you’d have carpet in the main dining area. Cleaning a carpet in a dining area is like trying to polish a turd, but you guys sure did a good job!

Slip and fall accidents are expensive. Some business owners don't have business insurance and have to make due so they try to minimize their probability.

I used to service a high end restaurant every month, and I kid you not, the carpet would look black just like that, after only 30 days! It didn't help the carpet was made of polyester and was an oil magnet . Nice job! I would have attacked with heavy power burst, and rinsed with dry slurry combined with rx20 with glides. Works like a charm!
You guys do an amazing job and this is not a bash on your profession, but people need to stop putting carpet in restaurants.

People need to clean their carpets more often. Also the carpets dont get slippery when greasy or wet.
Carpet is used because of its ability to dissipate majority of the echo in the dining area.

Its a health inspector, not a carpet inspector. That would be like the health inspector checking to see if the windows are streaky and spotty.
I used to do the carpet in a restaurant every 2 weeks. They were so busy that the carpet was this dirty that fast.

honestly the zipper line is awesome for ease of work load. you guys in the comments can say whatever you like about "back in my day". having to work an hour longer a day Vs having to over work your body? seriously... chemistry is a real thing O.G cleaners. Same reason why we don't just use water in cleaning dishes, car, or clothes. lol man. If you are getting the same results at the end of the day, all that it comes down to, is if the client likes you or him better. I'm sure there's more than just you in business for years in your area.

Cleaning company did a great job , why are people so worried about dirty carpet, is your food going to be placed on the carpet ?
Secondly If you want spotless carpets you should as a customer you should fly in to make sure your shoes are clean everybody walks in leaving dirt on the floors and then complains about dirty floor as if the carpet made itself dirty .

i’ve seen some restaurants with carpets but usually like super formal ones. i’m surprised they let it get this dirty, it would’ve been so much better with some laminate wood or tiles.
Lamanate is a death sentence for a place like this they are water sensitive, one drink goes down and you gotta replace it
