Carpet in a restaurant has to be the dumbest decision one could make
cleaning wise yes, but there’s a practical reason why people put carpets in restaurants. carpets invite comfort and homeliness over tile. that’s why most family or larger gatherings places have carpet or sometimes wood
@@dayshawna Well no. Most restaurants actually use carpet because of trip and fall liability. If tile or hard floors get greasy or wet, it's a slipping hazard, which a customer could sue the company for if they ever were to slip and fall (and injure themselves/break a bone) on the tile. Guaranteed the customer would win the suit in a court of law. Having carpets, although infinitely more unhygienic, ensures that slips and falls do not happen.
The thought that someone invented such equipment to do a deep clean like this is astonishing. My dad had this 40 year old shag carpet installed throughout the main floor of his house. I hauled my Bissel shampooer/steam cleaner over to his home once a year to clean his carpet. The look on his face each time I finished was so worth it.

Great video ! I would have loved to see a dirty water dump at the end. Also if you vacuumed I would have loved seeing inside your canister or bag and inside the tray of your CRB. Those are my favorite parts. 🤓

Wow, I can't believe the before and after shots. Or even the before (behind that one kid with the steamer/vacuum) and the after (after he's gone over a spot). Such dramatic differences.
I'm curious. How many hours/days did it take to clean the place? The grime, dirt and grease was so ingrained that it had to have taken many, many hours.
This was in a restaurant, and people voluntarily ate there? Makes me wonder what the kitchen looked like, and if they ever cleaned it.

Multiple times, it was one of the dirtiest we have cleaned but it bounced back great! We have them on a rotational deep clean now! Lol

It was awesome but one think I would do to make it go easier. If your working from the right to the left put the cord on your left side so you don't have to keep moving out your way. Your welcome 😃
With this machine the strokes we make are so long it will get in the way no matter what. It doesn’t bother us after a while.
This is why I think restaurants are gross.. imagine what the kitchen looks like 🙄
As we can see, the richer you are, the dirtier you are.... Years without cleaning.....

🤣 previous manager let it go, we did a resurrection cleaning and now on a routine deep clean schedule!
