- This Dutch Oven Banana Bread is so moist and delicious!
With raisins and dark chocolate, the smell that comes from the oven is simply amazing!

Recipe:
- 4 ripe bananas
- Half a cup/100g brown sugar
- Half a cup/100g sugar
- 2 cups/250g flour
- 2 eggs
- Half a cup/113g butter
- A handful raisins
- A handful walnuts
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 full teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3,5oz/100g dark chocolate
Bake in a preheated oven 350F/175C, mine was ready in 55 minutes, but check yours after 40 minutes with an wooden stick in the middle, if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
The Dutch oven lid stays on, the whole time, that will make the cake very moist and perfect.
Preheat the Dutch oven just a little, for about 5 minutes, to get it warm, before you pour in the cake batter. - Навчання та стиль

Wow! Moist and delicious! Love my Dutch oven! I used chocolate syrup. Don’t have vanilla syrup. No nuts or raisins. Had milk chocolate chips on hand. Put a handful in the batter and on top. Checked it at 40 minutes. Added 10 minutes and it was perfect. Might as well throw away my bread pan! Thank you for the awesome easy recipe!

No, I haven`t.
It still good the next day and there are usually no leftovers after the second day!

Help sos I started the recipe but how much vanilla extract do I use instead of a tb vanilla syrup
I guess just a little, you can make syrup with extract, water and sugar, but if you can`t be bothered, just use very little vanilla extract, like half a teaspoon!
