      Great food shots and now you've made me hungry. Original Worcester sauce is a must. One tip is that I find frozen peas have a lot of goodness locked in and they retain flavour well for the final stage. Great work.

      Really? I thought it was lazy and half assed and used a lot of unnecessary shots for beef stew. Didn't explain anything. And just wants us to use the recipe in the description. Lazy content creator. Interact with your audience and engage them. Its the difference between a couple thousand subs and a million. I'll be goin to cowboy Kent. At least he knows how to talk.

    I made a batch today in my brand new dutch oven. It was absolutely delicious!! Added mushrooms to my ingredients. My only issue is the sticking @ the bottom of the dutch oven.🙁 The stirring helped some but...Any tips??

    • @Delicious1
      @Delicious1  Рік тому

      That`s why I prefer cooking in the oven, it cooks more evenly and never burns the bottom. If you cook on the stove, maybe use less flour and turn the heat really low. Is it enameled?

    • @robinwalkins5453

      Not at all, I have both and actually prefer the enameled 👌

      Best of luck with the new dutch oven, you`ll love it!
      Yes I should put for how many people the dish is 👍, others have been asking too. As a general rule, if it`s a dish like a stew about 0,3-0,4 lbs/150-190g meat per person is fine, if it`s a roast, 0,5-0,6 lbs/250-300g meat per person, remember meat will lose about 25-30 percent of the weight when cooked.

    Oh my heck! I made this and am eating it right now! The only differences are I deglazed with 1/2 cup red wine vinegar and 1/2 cup water, I ended up needing to add an extra cup of water with bouillon before the oven step, I believe I used a little under 3 tblsp. worcestershire and then 2 five fingered pinches of salt. It's perfect!

    Is that a raw or enameled Dutch oven? Can’t tell if it’s like Staub or Raw CI
    I ask cause you used acidic ingredients (a lot) from wine to tomato paste. Doesn’t that eat at raw seasoned cast iron, and transfer the iron flavor into the food?

    • @Delicious1
      @Delicious1  3 роки тому +2

      It`s raw and I never had any problems using acidic ingredients, just remember to season it well after use.
