Do some arm strength exercises. Pushups, light weights, pull ups.

Any tips guys, I used to be able to do this, recrntly been very busy working long hours, shifts, n now I'm 50 +, no excuses... But.. I'm finding it harder to push. My upper body, besides using weights, any tried.. ...

Wow I can't believe I actually just did that! I felt a little bit of fussiness in the right side of my spine as I went up so I came straight back down again, but I still was able to get all the way up! Now I know what I need to work on to be able to do it comfortably. Great video, clear and concise.
Dang o really gotta strengthen my arm muscles, I got like half way there and when I pushed up on my arms I just couldn’t. I have so much leg muscle from years of walking miles every day, doing lots of running, and walking up and down flights of stairs every day, but man I got severe noodle arms.

this was a really helpful video, thank you. I am having trouble getting my palms to touch the ground behind me so I have not been successful in this pose in the past. I am not sure how to resolve it and your video brings this up. what do you recommend I do to be ready for a wheel pose? Is it a flexibility or strength issue? Thank you.

ugh i can do almost every part of it the main issue is when i am actually up in the pose my lower thumb to wrist area HURTS SO BAD!!!! it could just be the muscles stretching there but holy it hurts so bad. someone pls help!! why is this happening and is it normal?

i'm on my second try , i know now what was my mistake but now that i fixed it i'm still not able to do it i feel pain on my wrists

This was really helpful thanks . I'm trying to improve my shoulder mobility, thought this would be a good start . I use to be able to do them but now I can't and I think the main reason is lack of flexibility.
My hands are always sliding. I can't get a proper grip on the floor.

I could do a backbend.... but I can’t lift one leg up!! I’m too skinny and It’s hard lifting the leg😫
