    What's up with your left foot flying out of your stance? Is that done on purpose?
    I know a guy who had a spinal fusion and does this because they are unable to keep their left foot stable and in place.

      Yeah it's on purpose, wanted to change a collapse into the ball so did the opposite - works 👊
