Nice setup, here is an idea (I've done it for my truck) put a pulley up front with a rope pulled through it attach one end to the front of the kayak and hold onto the other you can then hold the kayak in place to keep it from sliding off. Now with the rope you can both push and pull to load the kayak without worry of it sliding back off. Nice video!.
