I found the rear side button hits my thumb because for some reason Razer didn't angle it well it. It's the main reason I can't use this or the U2
I am with you, the Viper V2 isnt for me but the Viper V3 is so far away from what I like that I cant do it at all. It feels exactly like a SuperLite to me and I do not like that shape at all. It definitely made that mouse DOA for me wanting to use it.
I wish the V3 had an internal battery and was a bit lighter. It might be my main mouse with those changes. Until an updated version with those changes comes out, I'm sticking to the ROG Harpe Ace.

Im glad to finally see someone not shilling the v3pro because tbh I found it disappointing how its turning into another gpx clone / competitor and I found that the sensor change this generation is no where near as much as the 3395 to 3950 was and spec for spec the only thing that changed was the dpi and I was disappointed to see that it still uses v3 opticals which I didn't really like I thought they would release it with v4 opticals since the competition has kinda caught up and surpassed them now when it comes to optical switches over all this feels like it should have been a new mouse name rather than using the viper naming

hello. can you check if your mouse scroll moves left and right side when you push it? like it wobbles/adjust but not to the point that it makes wobbling sound when you shake it.

@@sunwootech thank you. I was thinking of returning this and asking for replacement. but it looks like this is just some minor flaw in the design I think. This was bothering me for hours.

@@anishamin545 Well realistically you wouldn’t be able to feel a difference while in-game, so if you like the way the fabulous beast x looks go for it. However i heard about many problems with the fabulous beast x units, so I would personally wait. The beast x mini is also a great option for fingertip

Okay? You think I had the affiliate link before I had the beast x? Obviously not. I loved my beast x right out of the box, which is why I wanted to affiliate with them. I was excited for the viper v3 pro but was simply disappointed. What are you trying to prove? 😭
The V2 has such a horrible texture for me that I personally could never use it as my main mouse. I don't think it's a bad mouse, but I highly recommend you actually go hold it in a store and make sure you're fine with the texture. Also consider using grips if you really enjoy the shape but hate the texture
I don’t mind the texture because I don’t even feel it while I’m playing games, but I understand. I hope they will make an updated version of the v2 with the coating of the white v3 and sensors and switches of the v3

I can gaurantee you Viper V3 pro feels way better then the SP2.
While the shape might feel super vanilla and mid to some, you can't deny the performance aspect of this mouse. If the shape doesn't bother you, I think based on performance alone it is worth maining.
I agree, performance wise this mouse is top tier, the shape is just not for me. Also the side buttons on my unit are such a turn off
it preforms the exact same as the v2pro tbh even spec for spec the sensor didn't change much at all

@@JolByte1omg 160$ for 2ms lower latency totally worth it over my other mice that already had more than 2ms lower latency than the v2pro
overall should I buy tge deathadder or the viper v3 what is better in general
it honestly depends on what shape you want. do you want a more aggressive symmetrical shape or a more relaxed ergonomic mouse? personally the viper v3 better suited me compared to the deathadder, but thats just because of my personal preference. the viper also has newer technology but its not to the point where you will feel a difference

@@sunwootech I just ordered the deathadder v3 and its coming soon but after see the viper I am mostly likely going to return the deathadder but before I do thaat my biggest question is are the side buttons on the viper good I have a heard a lot of things about it being hard to click but some say after you use it for a little it will loosen up
@@jwjuaeqw9735tbh i prefer the side buttons on my deathadder v3. If you check out my most recent video on the viper it will explain a bit more. but once you get your deathadder, i would definitely try it out first to see if you like it before returning it

Supposed to have like a smooth rubberish coating. And your mouse buttons sound bad. You should definitely get another copy if ever. But i dont think it’s worth it since the shape isnt for you.

@@H786... My main is the Beast X which is basically the same size as the viper mini, but I also like the size of the v2. I think it’s really just that hump being super pronounced on the v3 that makes it unsuitable for fingertip gamers that don’t have giant hands lol
