Great question. There aren't many resorts on St. Croix, but we have 2 nice ones, and both are family-friendly. The Carambola Beach Resort has a great location and gorgeous beach. The property is nice, but the services and amenities have been limited since hurricane Maria in 2017. You can work with the Sweet Bottom Dive Center down the road at Cane Bay beach to schedule a guided dive of Davis Bay right in front of the Carambola Beach Resort. The diving at Davis Bay is a wall dive similar to Cane Bay (ua-cam.com/video/Nz8gcXBq7_g/v-deo.html). The Buccaneer is another excellent resort with fantastic beaches and equally great service. There's not any place to dive at The Buccaneer, but it's close to Christiansted, where you can get on a boat with St. Croix Ultimate Bluewater Adventures (SCUBA), or you can drive down the north shore to Cane Bay for some shore diving with the Sweet Bottom Dive Center. My family often stays at Sugar beach it's an amazing beach but limited amenities. We dive with dive experience in Christiansted and the people there are very nice and they have great dive masters.
