The no balls comment is correct. I live in North America, and work in a higher education institution. I see it all the time, many entities (government bodies, unis, organizations, corporations, etc) present themselves as moral and as those who value equality and equity. But more often than not, it's very selective; it's very "trendy" based on the groups that need to be protected. My feeling is that they do this mostly to present an image that wont damage their brand. Anti-semitism is one of the attributes that strikes fear into the abovementioned entities, and so they're on eggshells if they make any critique on Israel. There's also a geopolitical factor of course, but the no balls to me has to do more with fear of "anti-semitism."
