As a cop this is why I bought shadow systems. I’ve unfortunately been indirectly or directly involved in several OIS’ and the state/ investigating agency WILL take your weapon during a investigation. Shadow Systems has always supported lawful self defense uses and this is an incredibly valuable policy.
Good evening, everyone at shadow systems. When I heard about this warranty, it was one of many reasons why I decided back in February of 2022, to purchase one of your firearms. I'm glad I did. Your MR920L pistol has been a nice pistol to shoot.

I tell every one of my friends this whenever the subject comes up. Several have made their decision to purchase based upon this info & being made in Texas.

The self defense warranty is one of the many reasons I decided to get a shadow systems in July 2022. It being made in Texas, the optic mounting system and the self defense warranty! My XR920 has only had 2 malfunctions since I’ve owned it and that was during the break in period. Two failures to feed.

Glad more companies are setting a standard for regular people who want to defend themselves not just military/LE ( I have nothing against the people boots on the ground getting it done). There’s a constitution it applies to all United States 🇺🇸 citizens.

What if I obtained my Shadow System used? Will that warranty still be uphelded?

I carry my MR920 with an X300 in a Tenicor Certum Sol. It’s great!

Yes
Well can tell ya from experience it’s months or YEARS before possibly getting pistol back from evidence. Lots of time with no pistol if your only firearm.
It's something you shouldn't glorify but all pro 2A gun manufacturers should do we train and carry these weapons for those moments and to be backed by a company means a lot

I know, right?! The reality is that those calibers just are not as popular any more, and as much as I love both of them, we have put our R&D focus on 9mm guns. Maybe some day. Which one do you want to see first?? Trevor

We're missing a very important problem in the first place..... The firearm should not be taken away permanently in a justified shooting scenario period!!
If you're under investigation, especially if you were arrested, can you even PASS a background check?
This is one reason i have only carried your guns as a EDC. but lately im finding lousy customer service because i sent a small 2 cent problem to you customer service and have not gotten it fixed. Just To let you know when you have a good gun people trust not just the gun but you and right now you letting me down. One of my last internet searches is self-defense warranty to see if another company who values customer service exist. Might be switching.
I’ll never spend my money with this company again , bought a cr920 about 500 rounds later trigger dead. Reached out to shadow system customer service said we never heard of this being a problem, if you look on UA-cam you’ll see shadowsystem dead triggers everywhere, screw them all they had to do is the right thing.Dont waste your money with a company that doesn’t appreciate customers, Remember we the people are the ones that support you . @RammTactical
