It's kind of scary how accurate the demon slayer trash talk was about my friend who has basically only watched demon slayer (like 5 times) says its the best anime ever and talks about how it's plot and meaning behind the story are so well writen and deep, also he works at Macdonald and not as a manager. Demon slayer is just a pretty anime, and even that is only like 4 episodes out of the whole series that are exceptionally pretty. Don't get me wrong, I still liked it, it's just definitely not even in the running to be the goat.
I'm a little late for this, but I can't agree more. There are leaks for season 3 out. And some guys on twitter wrote under then leaks comments like "everything this year besides this season will be cheap", "the final arc will be the best arc in all of anime", "I'm sorry for homeless people that they can't watch this, but each to their own" and of course the generell slander of other animation studios. Parts of this fandom got so toxic over time it's pretty embarrassing. The Main reasons why demon slayer is so successfull are the animation and the main advantages of having a simple story and simple characters. It's very appealing for people who want to watch something where they don't have to think it's like the culmination of every aspect that MAINSTREAM is. And that's nothing bad. And yet there are enough people that try to tell the world that this show is the greatest masterpiece in anime history😂

Yes, even the toothbrush scene technically has a reason to be there xD
And some of the scene that by all means SHOULD be fanservice scenes don’t feel like they are because they get overshadowed by the dialogue of the characters in the scene, case in point: shinobu‘s and araragi‘s bath scene

It's kind of scary how accurate the demon slayer trash talk was about my friend who has basically only watched demon slayer (like 5 times) says its the best anime ever and talks about how it's plot and meaning behind the story are so well writen and deep, also he works at Macdonald and not as a manager. Demon slayer is just a pretty anime, and even that is only like 4 episodes out of the whole series that are exceptionally pretty. Don't get me wrong, I still liked it, it's just definitely not even in the running to be the goat.
I'm a little late for this, but I can't agree more. There are leaks for season 3 out. And some guys on twitter wrote under then leaks comments like "everything this year besides this season will be cheap", "the final arc will be the best arc in all of anime", "I'm sorry for homeless people that they can't watch this, but each to their own" and of course the generell slander of other animation studios. Parts of this fandom got so toxic over time it's pretty embarrassing.
The Main reasons why demon slayer is so successfull are the animation and the main advantages of having a simple story and simple characters. It's very appealing for people who want to watch something where they don't have to think it's like the culmination of every aspect that MAINSTREAM is. And that's nothing bad. And yet there are enough people that try to tell the world that this show is the greatest masterpiece in anime history😂
