Later, the intern candidates weigh in on his relationship struggles. This entire show is "Shaun encounters a downside to his candour."
It’s only a few episodes into Season 4, but I was QUITE impressed with how much Shaun and Lea have grown since late last season! Lea was calmly able to walk away calmly, and Shaun was able to let her, without either of them saying/doing something that they would regret / wouldn’t mean. Bravo!!
For some reason I was actually surprised Shaun brought up "Tequila Stat". I don't know why. That is like one of their most iconic lines.
Shaun still is learning how to reconcile in a relationship, drinking tequila together is a strong positive memory for him, so naturally he tried that first.

lea felt a little insecure here she's not mad. she just needs assurance that shaun still loves her regardless of her flaws, it shows how much she loves shaun and how much they have grown as a couple

My mom actually had students watch when I was born. I was born prematurely and I guess it was a good opportunity to see a premature birth. I was born 5 months early and I think the students were scared for me (well that’s what my mom said). I’m sure they saw how they deal with premature babies and how to help them.
5 months?? Damn I was born 9 weeks early and thought that was super early (I mean it is). Don't think I've ever heard of someone born that early so you must feel very grateful to be alive.

I really liked the Doctor who separated personal life from work. He was too good for St Bonaventure's; that's why he decided to leave.
