Thanks for sharing. How do you transfer photos using Photo in Mac, your method 2? Once in Photo, I click on the iPhone device item on the left and click on import all items. Then it will jump to Imports in Library, not go to the folder I created for it. And it just stops there, only showing the photos that have been imported before. The new photos are not importing. Appreciate any help. Is there bud in my apple PHOTO app?

Yes, it might be a bug in the Photo App, you can get help from an apple export here: support.apple.com/mac
