- Hi everyone! Here are my thoughts on Czech Republic's entry to the Eurovision Song Contest 2021. We have Benny Cristo and his song, 'Omaga'. Benny certainly has all the charisma that you want from a male pop star. Unfortunately the song itself doesn't really do it for me even when I listen to it again - I think it's perhaps trying too hard to sound different...🤔🤔 I do like the music video though.

Benny is way too underrated, this year and last year especially. I hope he gets the result he deserves in Rotterdam.

He is definitely what sells the song. I'd be interested to see how it looks live cause at this point i'm not the biggest fan of the song tbh. 💖💖💖

He was to sing last year, when ESC was cancelled. That one had more African sound in it.

Yeah last year his song was very world music-iy, but he struggled with multiple revamps and they put on top of each other made the song sound a bit odd and the fan reaction based on those revamps was very polarizing and Benny himself addressed the revamps, i don't remember exactly what he said but it was something like he hadn't had the chance to change a song once it was released so he took the chance and he said he changed the song too much. So I think that might be a reason why he steered this years song towards a more 'generic' EDM song. But I really really like and think it SHOULD qualify, especially because it's in the weaker semi-final

Hi, I know that there's no sound because of copyright, but could you maybe try other strategies other then completely silencing the audio? Maybe a higher pitch, or just a really low volume? I have to say it's not as fun to watch like that, because I don't know to which part of the song you're reacting to ):

The sound is there, but very low volume! For me it helps to watch with headphones/earphones. The copyright is annoying right! I hope Natalia doesn't get any strikes for using the songs :/
