I sometimes get comments like yours, I say the same thing every time. Always trust your process, remember furniture has to go through an ugly stage before it gets better. So you kinda always have to stick with it, whether it's your own work or watching other.... Often I think I others get especially nervous around colour. My channel is all about colour so I kind of just embrace it x x Happy new year to you x
Wow! I've been saving this one. I saw Frida and was just waiting for a good day to watch without distractions. Love the color scheme, love the Tropical/Mexican/Boho feel to it. Love the layers of transfers, stamps, and "found objects" to create your shapes and textures. You truly show your design expertise with balance, eye flow, shades of colors, repetition, and how to lay down an image of a person in the right place. Yes her eyebrows are SO important, I sighed with relief when you placed her face just right, Lol! I bet this lovely piece sold fast. AND...forgot to mention the knobs...they're perfect! Just the right style and the color was perfect. They didn't need to stand out. It was like they were made just for your piece. I have seen them before, they are very cute knobs. I love hardware, they should be the icing on the cake or like jewelry for furniture.

I’m just a lil confused , I was taught to put a good amount of Jack LePage on top of the piece as well! And you let it dry really good before you mess with it, but painting I would think that wouldn’t matter? But I’ve just haven’t seen you do that! Nor teach us that process. Please understand I’m just confused do we reply the process are it really has no affect on the piece years to come?? I’m so obsessed with all you do! I want to learn!!! This is beautiful, where did you get the rice paper of Frida and the stencils you used?
The frida is mint by Michelle and I've had the Stencils for such a long time I have no idea... But any Stencils will do to create this look
