You all probably dont give a shit but does anyone know of a way to get back into an instagram account?? I was stupid forgot the account password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me
@Randall William thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and im trying it out atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
So surprised, this worked! Thank you! Two colors were blocked and now all four colors are printing perfectly. I didn't have the kit, or the time to order one, so I made a solution of 8 parts Windex, 2 parts rubbing alcohol. I used an ear syringe to push the liquid through. It didn't seem to be working as very little liquid came through on the paper towel before, but the problem is solved.
This is a good video with very good tips. However, before starting the whole process as shown in the video, I just used the self "Power Cleaning" feature shown at minute 7:22 of the video and it fixed the clogged nozzles of all three color heads without having to go through the whole process. Try it first, it may work for you too
you are absolutely right! I ran the power cleaning 5 times and it worked. before neither black cyan or yellow was printing, just magenta. now all colors are back
Thank you for the heads up. I did exactly what you recommended, and it fixed the problem. Does EPSON indicate anywhere that the power clean feature is enabled by pressing the power button and ? button simultaneously? I sure did not know about it. All colors + black print perfectly now. Many thanks.
My printer wasn’t printing any red or blue, so I did exactly what your video said to do. I even waited 24hours for the quality to return, and it works like new now, thank you so much!
I bought the cleaner, and used it for the magenta, but when i put all the cartridges back, then black would not work. I finally got it to work, but I may recommend only popping out the cartridges that need help, and leaving the ones that do not. Works great and thanks for the video.
I thought my printer was done. But I implemented your tutorial and it worked! Although it took several hours for the ink to sit properly after the power cleaning. I am really grateful. You have definitely saved me money and stress.
I got a paperjam which started my black ink not printing. Found your video. Did the maintenance check, then the power clean that the printer offered me and that did the trick! Didn't have to use solution or take apart the heads. But thank you for getting me there!! No stress anymore
Gold 🌟 Thank you! I got super stuck after the manual print head cleanings. Once I went back through the video again, step-by-step, and did the power cleaning it worked! Good tip on not doing the power cleaning more than three times. I saw that right as I was doing the first one. 😃🙌
Thank you for the video! I bought the kit and had to use about 2 full syringes to revive my black nozzle. It was dried up pretty bad! If you own an inket printer, it is practically a requirement to be an inkjet repair technician from time to time. :) Thanks again for the video!
Thanks for good detailed video. I purchased the cleaning product from Amazon and completed the cleaning process. I found that on one of the ports, I had to depress the syringe with more force than seemed necessary and the tube popped off. Some extra fluid spilled out which I cleaned up. After that happened I found it was better to hold the tube in place when depressing the syringe. I cleaned yellow and cyan, put everything back together, and ran a power cleaning cycle. I then ran another print head nozzle check and it printed. There was still some issues with two of the print heads, but the message from the power cleaning said it could take 12 hours for better printing. I think I got too much cleaning fluid everywhere so I thought it would be OK when it dried up. I tried printing a one page document. My printer gave an error code which indicated to turn off and on the printer. The code was 031006. This code indicates that there was a paper jam. I could not get the error code to go away. I looked everywhere in the printer and there was no paper inside. I'm guessing this was the result of unplugging the printer to move the print head into place, and the printer thought there was still paper in it (I'm not sure about this). I tried to get the error to go away with no luck. I purchased this printer at Costco 1 year and two weeks ago. My options were to try and return it to Costco, which I had a good chance, as I don't believe printers fall under the 90 day electronics return policy. I don't have the box, but I've had good luck returning stuff to Costco in the past. But I called Epson support first. They did not have a a solution but told me the printer is under warranty and they are sending me a replacement at no cost. I'm sure it will be a refurbished one. I was on the phone with Epson for an hour and the woman assisting me was very difficult to understand. I thought I would share this incase someone else experienced the same problem.
One more thing to add. I think this may be a known issue with Epson since they were so quick to exchange it and did not ask more questions when I told them there was no paper jam.
Thank you! Really well done video. I was losing the yellow on my Epson so I ran the printhead cleaner internal program. And ran it. And ran it 4 times total, with the result that now the magenta and cyan are also clogged. Will try your technique.
I have power-cleaned my Epson ET 3700 and the test print page comes out perfectly but I still have a partially blank streak running down my page about 6 inches from the left margin. I have also replaced the Maintenance Box. Do you have any other suggestions?
I have an Epson 3700....looks very similar, I just ordered the cleaning kit - will give it a try. Cannot get the Yellow and Cyan to print...even though the ink wells are full. Thank you - this may save me a lot of money. Will come back and post an update when I get the kit and do the cleaning.
Great video. Very clear instructions. So whatever if blocking Cyan port won’t clear. Cleaning solution couldn’t go through port. Syringe actually blew off, colored cyan cleaning solution all over. What would you recommend I do?
Thank you! I knew there was a step I was missing, I tried doing this before but it didn’t work and never could figure out how to do a power head cleaning by itself. Fingers crossed, other wise I have to junk this printer and I really love this printer so I want to try this as a last ditch effort.
I bought the Cleaning Kit and finished. The printer is now telling me to replace the Maintenance Box. I have replace the maintenance box before but I now have to order one, I guess. I got the last one from Staples. I'm hoping amazon will have one so I can get next day delivery. Wish me luck.
OK, today I received the maintenance box. Mine was half full. I finished putting in the new one, so easy! I just power cleaned the printer and it works! Thank you so much! It saved me a lot of $$$.
Hi, the ink jet for the yellow stopped working, so I went through the process you showed on this video. I cleaned the yellow nozzle and afterward did the color summary, but the yellow is still not showing up. Will it take time for it to show up, as in 12 hours.
The Most Interesting Printer: "I don't print often, but when I do...I don't print black or cyan." This worked great, thank you much. Oh...I'd recommend the gloves! Passed this along to a buddy who also has an ecotank. stranger: "Oh, you cut your finger!" me: "Nope. Magenta."
Completed everything except the power cleaning and it said on the screen replace maintenance box before running Power Cleaning, so I ordered one from Amazon
Hey ! I am having a issue with my Magenta. Where i try to add the liquid solution nto clean it but it does not flow. It's really hard so the liquid flow in. I press as hard as i can but nothing. I did warm up the liquif a little bit but it did not work. Any idea or recommendations?? Thanks!
Hi, I highly recommend that you try warming up the solution again. Next week on Wednesday, a video will be released showing how to warm up the solution in a glass container. Believe me I know what you're dealing with I've dealt with them many times the warmed up solution will help it just will take some time and patience for it to actually break the blockage when you're applying it also proper warming is very necessary in this process.
Tried your kit. It worked well for the colored inks - but I cant even push the syringe plunger down for the black ink. It wont move. It is really blocked. Any ideas?
Hi, I hope you can still read this. I do have the same printer. During printing, there were words that were blurry or doubled vision. Is the print head still the problem? Thanks
I didn't think this would work.. especially because I was getting complete BLANKS.. Complete blanks led me to think that its very unlikely that every color nozzle was affected.. but they were! Don't question the process. Do the cleaning in this video no matter what you think the problem is caused by... Thank you very much Brandon
I bought the cleaning kit and have followed the instructions, but I cannot force any fluid into the printer head nozzles. Does that mean they're seriously clogged? Is there a way to unclog in this state? Thanks!
Did the cleaning powered back on holding down the 2 buttons. It would not do a power clean. I then reset the tank fill monitors on each color. Tried to power clean, screen said to contact Epson support. Please help!
@@BestPrinters Discovered waiting 24 hr with printer off allowed the Power Cleaning. After Power Cleaning, Printer said to wait another 12 hrs to perform the Print Head Nozzle Check. It is such a relief that it REALLY WORKS! Thank you so much! I love this printer & was crushed when it didn't print as it used to. Your delivery of kit & customer feedback are superior!
I cleaned & did the power clean & now I have this message. Replace Maintenance Box before running Power Cleaning Maintenance box is there in place ????
Go through the prompts and you could even probably pull out the maintenance box you have, and say that you replaced it and then just push the one that you had in there back in
So, got past the maintenance box issue & was able to print the test page. I went from 2 clear colors to zero! Now, none of the colors are working. 😢 Please help
Beware to avoid running the power cleaning more than 3 times since you might end saturating the ink pads, then if that happens your printer it’s dead. This vendor should mention this in the video.
I have this exact printer the syringe tube does not easily fit on the nozzle. I had to use needle nose pliers. .and then it popped off the nozzle when I pushed down on the syringe. Liquid got everywhere. I had to hold it on the nozzle with the pliers.
I have an ET-3710 that was unplugged while it was on to move it temporarily to clean under it... plugged it back in and went to use it and got a message on the display that said the print head was damaged because it was unplugged while on - and to take it to Epson to be repaired... any thoughts?
Hi, my black ink finished, I refilled with an original refill, but the Standard print is failing, the High quality is working, so I printed a Full Black page, first time worked, but second time there is no ink, the cartridge is full, maybe is clogged, but was working in the same paper, but stopped. Wha do you think? Thanks
Hello... I put the wrong ink in my Epson ET 3760. Suposed to put the sublimination ink, and put the regular one in the black tank. How do I fix it, how do i remove the ink from the tank???
I followed your instructions, and did the power cleaning after. But, when I tried to print, it is printing blank pages. Do I need to wait 12 hours? In your video it appeared that you printed right away, please advise.
After doing any type of cleaning with the redhead cleaning kit, you should wait at least 24 hours. If the color does not return right away, do another power cleaning.
Hi, if Im getting blank pages every time on my ecotank 5170, even on photocopies what can i do? I tried resetting, all alignment and cleaning options and still no luck.. please help :(
Hey thanks for the video. But when I plug in the cleaning vein on the yellow head and it's get stuck. It print before and now when it did the test it only showed top left but in a small form and not everything from the test
After cleaning, Instead of running power cleaning (which fills up the maintenance box) have you tried printing a bunch of purge pages with all 4 colors until the print heads refill?
@@BestPrinters Except that it further fills up the maintenance box (if your model even has one). I tested this with purge pages and it took 4 pages. The cleaning kit works well!
Print quality QC help here. It really does matter what weight of paper you put through your Epson ET printer. Mostly I see folks use 20 lb paper, but for higher quality work, it would be 24 lb. It is then, if there are any errors you will see them, hickies for example. And no! you cannot 'white out' those!
I had gone through all the steps, getting ready to put the screw back in and plug it in when i dropped the screw.... is there an easy way to open up the right side to get said screw or should i take it into a printer shop? I feel so dumb right now!!!!!
Dont feel dumb it has happened to me as well. What you can do is buy a small screw set and just replace the screw that was lost. If it feel down in the printer it shouldnt affect the functionality of it. If for some reason it does then it should be found and removed.
Epson ET3750 I can't even get a little bit of cleaning solution through the (black) the nozzle as it is badly clogged, tried everything and I ahev no idea how to the printer head out to soak it in rubbing alcohol.
The instructions in the cleaning kit say to wait 24 hours before turning on the printer, but the video only mentions to wait 12 hours after doing the power cleaning. So that's a total of 36 hours to wait, if this is done properly, correct?
I just installed my Epson ET-3760 wireless printer on my network, replacing my old Epson 2600 printer. One thing I've noticed is that the 2600 had printer drivers that would let me clean my print heads from my computer.....but after installing the ET-3760 drivers, there are no print head cleaner drivers. Can you tell me why and can I get drivers to have my ET-3760 periodically clean it's print head manually?
I have an Epson ET-3760. Black ink stopped printing. Colors are fine. I just used the kit you suggested, ran the power cleaning and black still will not print. When I pulled out the small cartridge, I did notice that the black ink is obviously not flowing into there. What little there is in there appears to be dry. What should I do? Do I run the fluid through again? Should I wait the twelve hours first, run another print head nozzle check again before using more liquid? Thank you
Update: Still having the same issue. Ended up having to buy yet another maintenance box, more ink to make sure all reservoirs were full. Waited the 12 hours, tested it and still not printing in black. Unfortunately, I think my printer is dead. Only worked well for a little over one year. Not sure I'd get another Epson. Have had Cannons and Brother printers that lasted for several years.
Thanks for the vid. I have a problem with my new Epson ET-4800. I attempted to print a photo on card stock that was too thick for the printer to feed the paper through. It did feed partially and started to print. I thought it was fine so I went back to my urgent Spider Solitaire game. I looked back a minute or so later and couldn't figure out why the paper hadn't moved. I quickly canceled the print, but I knew I was going to have a problem. I ran a copy paper test page through and it was all muddy and wet with ink on both sides of the page. I ran a few more test pages until the wet ink was gone, but the paper was starting to fold both of the forward most corners when it came out. That was yesterday. Today my first test page printed fine. The second test page printed fine but one corner was folded in on one corner. The next test page also folded one corner. It printed fine and fed through pretty much as it should except for the bent corner. Is it fixable?
I converted this printer into a sublimation printer right out of the box. There are lines on the black and blue ink when I run the nozzle check. Do you have any recommendation? Thank you
Same question. All of my colors print, but I'm getting a double black line each time I print on mine (almost like its stuttering). My aunt said same happened to her sub and it was because the ink dried. I'm trying to find a solution before returning my printer.
Did the cleaning, did the power head cleaning, printed test page. Black still not working properly. When I went to do another test page, got paper jam. Hit ok that paper jam was cleared (without removing the paper) jammed paper came out, same thing happened with each page after....any suggestions before I cry???
Great video man .. Sooo here’s my new problem I did my print head cleaning and everything went good so I thought until i plug everything back in and the print head only went half way to the left side so I shut it off and moved the print head back all the way to the right side and I plugged it back in and the print head went only halfway to the left again and then made a sound like it was skipping the track i then repeated the process by unplugging the power cord and moved the print head to the right side and then I plugged in the power cord and I got the same problem .. I looked at it very closely all over I can not see anything broken ? I got a light inside and I used my camera to video it and can’t find anything broken.. The print head moves fine no weird sounds or anything until it gets half way to the left then the skipping sounds starts and ends.. The screen says paper jam and so I removed the paper and tried it again and same thing happened ?? So what would you think i am doing wrong ? did I not reset the print head right or maybe I skipped a step?? I did a print head cleaning once before and I had no problem at all this time I did the same exact thing and now I got this problem… Thanks for listening and any and all advice is very much appreciated this thing is driving me crazy 😂… IM SURE YOU KNOW !😂. Thanks MATT.. . P.S. I have a EPSON 4760 eco tank ~ SUBLIMATION USE ..
During the nozzle head cleaning and printing all colors show except the black, what if the cleaning solution doesn't even go through it? looks like black ink nozzle is dried out, what's next?
I did the cleaning but now I have to replace the Maintenance Box. Where can I find "inkhold" replacement for Epson ET-3750? What is the correct part description? Thanks.
I have the ET 3760 printer and started getting a Solid Line about 1.5 - 2 inches from the Left Margin. On older printers, this would be caused from the Toner cartridge. No idea on this printer. Can you help?
The ink comes through all the heads after a head cleaning. But if I turn off the printer and in an hour or over night turn it back on there is no printing on the paper. I need to do a cleaning then it works but I am using up ink. I replaced the tank. is a power cleaning needed
I have this model and will not print. It provides a 000043 error which says it is a paper jam or ink issue. We only have had this 4 months. Should we do this cleaning? There are no paper jams that we can see.
I followed all these steps exactly and I still have no yellow printing and in fact after running power clean procedure, I can see that the ink level for yellow did not deplete. This makes me wonder if the clog is on the opposite end coming out of the reservoir itself so I don't know what to do at this point.
Hi for ET3760 I did the cleaning twice and each time i did also power cleaning still black printing not god, dotted lines and not clear text for only black any further solution ?

I am wondering if I can remove the tank from the printer to clean it from all old ink ? adding all new fresh ink.
No need to do that, just run a few power cleanings.
Beware to avoid running the power cleaning more than 3 times since you might end saturating the ink pads, then if that happens your printer it’s dead. This vendor should mention this in the video.
I wish I had read this
Great video. I am now getting a scanner error. I turn power off abs in abs it still persists! Any ideas?
Thx
You may want to get a new printer scanner errors are very challenging
I have this exact printer the syringe tube does not easily fit on the nozzle. I had to use needle nose pliers. .and then it popped off the nozzle when I pushed down on the syringe. Liquid got everywhere. I had to hold it on the nozzle with the pliers.
I have an ET-3710 that was unplugged while it was on to move it temporarily to clean under it... plugged it back in and went to use it and got a message on the display that said the print head was damaged because it was unplugged while on - and to take it to Epson to be repaired... any thoughts?
Yes take it to Epson, I have never experienced that before.
@@BestPrinters great, I will try to print again later today. I very much appreciate your quick response.
Hi, if Im getting blank pages every time on my ecotank 5170, even on photocopies what can i do? I tried resetting, all alignment and cleaning options and still no luck.. please help :(
Have you done the cleaning in this video? Please respond in a new comment so I can get the message.
Can you tell me how to take out the 502 ink of the 3760 and convert it to sublimation ink?
To my knowledge you can’t do that. I do sublimation and I have two separate printers
Friend I need help you, I have epson et 3670, there are two wires a Black and red, I don't now were is position
Follow the color pattern on the inside of the printer, Black, Cyan, Magenta (Red), Yellow.
Great instructional video! Thank you!
You're very welcome! Appreciate the comment :)
Is there another way to open the ink heads without a screwdriver and buying one on Amazon? Since i know you can't use a normal screwdriver
Thank you. Fixed my problem. :)
Great!
Unable to close/ put back down the top cover ( after parer jam). Looks it is stuck
Any suggestions?
Hey thanks for the video. But when I plug in the cleaning vein on the yellow head and it's get stuck. It print before and now when it did the test it only showed top left but in a small form and not everything from the test
You are the man!! All fixed.
Awesome!
After cleaning, Instead of running power cleaning (which fills up the maintenance box) have you tried printing a bunch of purge pages with all 4 colors until the print heads refill?
that is another method but the power cleaning is instant.
@@BestPrinters Except that it further fills up the maintenance box (if your model even has one). I tested this with purge pages and it took 4 pages. The cleaning kit works well!
Hi, i am getting a couple of breaks when I print anything. Can you help with that? I have the exact printer. TIA
Yes the instructions in this video will fix that.
Solved my problems!!! Thank you!!!! 🎉
Excellent!
Great video. I'm NOT a computer person... and I did it.🙂
I am glad this helped!
I bought the cleaning kit, did what the video said and it still won’t print the colours. Black works great but that’s it. Should I clean it again?
Yes and run a power cleaning.
Brandon, followed the video instructions, but not the paper jams and I can't print anything. can you help?
Epson ET3750 I can't even get a little bit of cleaning solution through the (black) the nozzle as it is badly clogged, tried everything and I ahev no idea how to the printer head out to soak it in rubbing alcohol.
You may want to try warming up the cleaning solution and reapply
The instructions in the cleaning kit say to wait 24 hours before turning on the printer, but the video only mentions to wait 12 hours after doing the power cleaning. So that's a total of 36 hours to wait, if this is done properly, correct?
The standard wait time is 24 hours, 36 hours won't hurt.
My printer is this same one but it print with white line’s can you help me
Yes, this cleaning will help.
it's necessary to use the kit? or can i use demineralized water??
The kit is made specifically for this purpose. So I always recommend the kit.
That is unfortunante, I am not aware of any driver that does that for the ET 3760.
Because this printer is high maintenance trash, unfortunately.
Is there a way to do this without the kit?
Not really, the kit was developed specifically for this.
Hi how do we remove ink from that printer?
With a sublimation converter kit.
I already cleaned all colors, but black is not printing. What am I doing wrong?
Make sure that black ink is reaching the print head. You may have an air clog.
My printer is printing but not as vivid as before and there are lines running through the solid portions of print. Will this help resolve that?
Yes absolutely! Make sure to print a nozzle check to make sure if the nozzles/colors that need to be cleaned.
Thank you
Did you ever get a response to your question?
Same question. All of my colors print, but I'm getting a double black line each time I print on mine (almost like its stuttering). My aunt said same happened to her sub and it was because the ink dried. I'm trying to find a solution before returning my printer.
Did the cleaning, did the power head cleaning, printed test page. Black still not working properly. When I went to do another test page, got paper jam. Hit ok that paper jam was cleared (without removing the paper) jammed paper came out, same thing happened with each page after....any suggestions before I cry???
Sorry, in this case it might be time to pull the plug.
Followed this tutorial, now my printer only jams when printing color. Any suggestions?!
Try resetting the printer to factory settings.
Then you need to warm up the solution and reapply warm cleaning solution.
I did the cleaning but now I have to replace the Maintenance Box. Where can I find "inkhold" replacement for Epson ET-3750? What is the correct part description? Thanks.
You can find the maintenance box through this link, amzn.to/3As1xrj
Can I run Power Clean without going through the cleaning process?
I have the ET 3760 printer and started getting a Solid Line about 1.5 - 2 inches from the Left Margin. On older printers, this would be caused from the Toner cartridge. No idea on this printer. Can you help?
The solid Line is Black ink btw...the Line goes from top to bottom of page!
So my printer only prints blue and black. its an Epson-3760. Do you think doing this can solve that issue?
Yes this should fix it.
The ink comes through all the heads after a head cleaning. But if I turn off the printer and in an hour or over night turn it back on there is no printing on the paper. I need to do a cleaning then it works but I am using up ink. I replaced the tank. is a power cleaning needed
Yes a power cleaning is needed.
Tried to run a power cleaning and it said to replace the maintenance box first. What??
Yes it might be full
Hi
I have ET 4700. How can I get into the print head. It is under the scanner glass. How to open the top to get in to it??
Sorry I wasn’t able to get to you message. Please create a new comment with the same question if you still need a response. Thank you!
Pls my new l3210 is printing blank page
Do the cleaning
After the process, I couldn't run the power cleaning. It gives me erro 000041 when I turn my printer on. Do you know a solution? Thanks
I have this model and will not print. It provides a 000043 error which says it is a paper jam or ink issue. We only have had this 4 months. Should we do this cleaning? There are no paper jams that we can see.
Yes but it can be a gamble with the error code.
I already cleaned all colors, but black is not coming back. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

I followed all these steps exactly and I still have no yellow printing and in fact after running power clean procedure, I can see that the ink level for yellow did not deplete. This makes me wonder if the clog is on the opposite end coming out of the reservoir itself so I don't know what to do at this point.
You may need to swap the maintenance cartridge.
Hi
for ET3760
I did the cleaning twice and each time i did also power cleaning
still black printing not god, dotted lines and not clear text for only black
any further solution ?
You will need to warm up the solution and start the process all over again.
Thank you so much

I did all the steps, but my printer just directs me to a website when I press the "power cleaning" selection. Website is unhelpful. Any thoughts?
There is a way to get past that screen and do the power cleaning.
