      It's a little hard to hear because they're speaking in a mixture of Japanese and English 🥹 Which part do you want to know? All Japanese parts? ?
      When I hand over the omelet rice, I say, ``I'll add a smile to it'' ☺️

    So much FAIYAAAA 🔥 He's so skilled!
    Runny egg is the best. Sadly here in the US our eggs are not as safe and need to be cooked thoroughly.

    • @DigDigJAPAN
      @DigDigJAPAN  3 місяці тому +1

      Sooo FAIYAAAA🔥👍🏻
      I wonder if eggs in the US are always cooked? ? 🥹
      In Japan, you can eat raw eggs as long as you follow the expiration date.

    • @Mitchichen
      @Mitchichen 3 місяці тому +1

      @@DigDigJAPAN Yes, we always have to cook them unless they are from a small farm, most eggs at the store have a risk of salmonella :(

    • @LeeLeeCRN
      @LeeLeeCRN Місяць тому

      In the US you can eat eggs raw if they are pasteurized. Unfortunately pasteurized eggs are harder to come by. I do believe trader Joe's sells them. U can actually pasteurize them yourself if you sous vide them but for the most part eating raw\undercooked eggs is a no no in US😢

    Could you please discribe what the demi glace sauce tasted like?

    • @DigDigJAPAN
      @DigDigJAPAN  3 місяці тому

      The sauce is made by frying flour in butter and adding soup made from beef bones, meat, and vegetables and red wine, but it's difficult to describe the taste because it's a mixture of various ingredients...🥹💦
      Hmm, it's a rich sauce made from beef and red wine! ! It is also often used in hamburgers.
