in today's video, we focus on what we are feeding? What stories, programs, and/or realities do we keep alive because we waste our precious energy constantly replaying them to ourselves or with constant worry because we want to control all aspects.
I also, focus on energy and how precious it is. I provide a simple technique that can assist you in connecting to your Quantum Field that already holds all your realities. There is no need to "manifest" because it already all exists there.

Trust that your high self will guide you. You are not forcing or over-saying it to ake it happen faster or control the outcome.
