If i wanted to experience a first class restaurant , I would go to the Tour D'argent Paris and eat canard a la presse and a vintage Premier Grand cru Bordeaux .
Fat duck is meant to be this experimental restaurant but compared to places like Alchemist and Koks and Noma, it looks so basic. Most of the menu seems like normal food except for dishes like sounds of the sea
