    I attended a pastry demo by Michel once, and what a wonderful person, witty, masterful - a great character.

    Alain speaks with thick French accent and it is not to be pointed out at all. But Michel Jr. speaks with perfect posh accent, and I wonder why that is not the case, supposing Aain also grew up in England. It is not to blame or anything at all.

      maybe has to do with michel jr s father being a huge anglophile, and Michel (sr) being more of a classic french expat

      @@guillaume.pirard alain is the son of michel and micheal jr is the son of albert.. it's not hard to understand where the accent comes from
