I really enjoy the Christmas season and had fun making this English speaking video for you. Together we’ll be learning English by examining the way native speakers actually talk. It’s a powerful way to move your English learning beyond written fluency. You’ll learn English reductions, examine stress in American English and have a lot of fun! This English speaking lesson is intended to help you learn English in a specific way. I want you to be focused on how native speakers talk. When you learn English in this way you’re focused completely on conversational English. It’s what you’re likely hoping to improve if you’re already a moderate to advanced English student. As we’re learning English together in this way you’ll start to feel more comfortable using these kinds of linking and reduction aspects of English speaking. We’ll look together at how stress and pitch work together in American English to create the uniquely American English accent. And, yes, you will have fun! Learning English with awesome TV shows like Friends can really energize your learning! So let’s get started with our fun learning English exercise!

Please talk about "in the" another youtube teacher said it is pronounce as "innuh" when talking fast. I tried to search more but i couldn't find videos about it.

First of all, I find this absolutely fascinating; as a native speaker I just don’t think about these things (a comment I’m sure you get a lot).
I did chuckle a bit at around 13:00; you were asking all sorts of valid questions about stressed syllables and stuff and Jennifer Aniston/Rachel kept responding with “I dont care.” 😂
