Using popular TV shows to learn English is so effective. With Rachels English in the past 2 years, I improved a lot in speaking and listening, even my coworkers told me that there are no longer strong accents when I talk. I’m from Nebraska, in the middle of the US, and “hey” Usually means you want to ask somebody something. Then I moved to the south east US, to Atlanta Georgia. Here "hey” is the same as “hi” or “hello”.

I do understand almost all of what they have said, but I don't speak the way they do. Because of the way they speak, I sometimes miss some words that I knew.
I would suggest that you keep explaining the pronunciation of English words the way you are doing in this video.
