Fix stick drift with nothing but a screwdriver

Watch how you can eliminate (or at least temporarily fix) stick drift by taking out the sensor wheels and cleaning them with alcohol. Ideally, you can replace them very cheaply if you have the part, but this is a good option if you don’t have any. And all it takes is a screwdriver and about 15 minutes of time. You can deep clean your controller while your at it :)

Its literally the other blue part of the potentiometer that wears out, not the metal contacts

Nope, both can wear out over time. I’ve cleaned both parts. If you don’t have spare parts on hand, this is a pretty good (albeit temporary) solution. Much better then just spraying alcohol or cleaning the stick while it’s assembled.
