A true craftsman does not need to talk. The work speaks for itself. Great job. Great workshop and grounds.
Beautiful piece. Beautiful video. All the background music is a vibe. Love hearing all the sounds around the shop - especially Gregory Porter. Thank you for sharing.
This is a valuable addition to my woodwork collection ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxbnOKZBE4evMO5V2vroHeCjq6d_MV6wJO I still will rate this woodwork plan as the best in my reference library. It always seem to stand out from the rest whenever you go through the library. This is a masterpiece.
Awesome piece, awesome set of tools, awesome workhouse, awesome home, awesome music, awesome weather, I’m getting crazy!!!!!
Precise and gorgeous. I hope your artform never disappears.
I like the atmosphere in your room. A lot of free space, background music, professional tools, the amazing view outside, great designs, accurate perfect handwork... Love it!
I think this might be the best table creation I’ve seen yet! I say creation because that was more than simply built, incredible design!
Excellent design and workmanship. and what a lovely result - strong, classic and beautiful. Somebody's grandchildren will appreciate this one day.
The cleanest shop I've ever seen. This is a Zen like experience.
Beautiful, relaxing and a clearly high level of craftsmanship. You and Ishitani Furniture are now my two favorite woodworking studios on UA-cam. :)
Your work is beautiful! Thanks for sharing the process, every video is a treat. I love your studio, it looks like a meditative retreat where you can take inspiration from the nature around you.
That's a gorgeous place you're working in. I feel envious 😁
what a nice workshop opened to the outside with nature surrounding it.
Again, knocked it out of the park. Beautiful!
You popped up amongst suggestions for me, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did, because it was worth every second of it! I immediately subscribed to your channel. I love the style of furniture and the way you documented it. It reminds me alot of the Ishitani furniture videos, which I absolutely love. So you're in good company! Keep it up, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work!
The craftsmanship is absolutely brilliant.
Enjoy the process, fell the gain, and joy in the end
Thanks for the video
This is amazing...
Always a pleasure to see craftsman do his work. I especially like how you take your time to make everything perfect.
Great workshop! Having a beautiful space to work in affects every aspect of the work. Nice to see you starting the process thinking with a pencil in hand....really gets you into the structure of the piece.
I appreciate your thoughtful approach and eye for artistic design. Thank you for sharing this!
I'm jealous of everything in this video; from the boots to the tools to the shop to the views to the finese of the build. Liked/subscribed.
You meant to say envious ...
Beautiful craftsmanship, and the most eclectic taste in music I’ve yet seen. I really enjoy your videos 😊
What a dream studio and table. Beautiful work
this is a real peace of wood art!
I think I am in love with your work shop :)
So damn beautiful! The art of hand crafted furniture is becoming more and more rare. Love it.
정성가득한 멋진작품이네요~👍
Amazing! Could you give us a tour of your workshop and talk about each tool and machine you have?
Minimalist, contemporary, discreet, perfect.
Wow, thanks for sharing, Beautiful piece.
Well done. Very much enjoyed your video, Kobeomsuk. Excellent work.
So that's what it takes to be a master craftsman.
You are living my dream..

Great video and incredible table. I always love the music you have playing in the background! Thanks for sharing 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Beautiful work and an equally beautiful workshop - love what you do 👏👏👏👏
What oil are you use for finishing /top coat?
Great music.
영상을 보고 있으니 마음이 차분해 지내요.. 잘 봤습니다
One word to describe this : FANTASTIC! True art! Well fine done.
Hello! Love your videos and woodworking. I have two questions as I am a woodworker as well. What finish did you use for this table? And what design software do you use? I'd be eternally greatful for any sort of response. Keep up the fantastic work!
the software looks like rhino
Kobeomsuk furniture!
자랑스런 이름입니다.
Stunning. Also the views are amazing. Love the craftsmanship
Thank you :) I learn more from watching you here than from the uni i went to.
I respect your work and the fact you listen to Norah Jones!
The only tools I can afford that he uses are the clamps...
Beautiful project and video. Thanks for sharing.
Watching a table being born from a simple sketch on a piece of paper and taking shape into a fine young white oak table, ready for whatever adventures life outside might hold. Music at the end was emotional.
This guy listens to good music 🤣
How much is that table going to be?
Hello from the UK!
You’ve just popped into my recommendation list, so I thought I’d give you a watch. I’m glad I did.
Getting the chance to make beautiful furniture and in such a lovely place to work too. Great video. You may find me commenting on a few more of your videos from now on. You have a new subscriber. All the best to you.
I've been wood working since I was little. Passed 2 years gotten serious about it.
My jointery skills are 2 of 10. I wish I could apprentice with someone like you.

Music and background radio do not add up usually. Loved the hand sketching tho!
I've heard several of the same songs over all 4 of his (so far) posted videos, so I'd be willing to bet that they're songs he has saved and not on the radio.
I didn’t know it’s so difficult to make a table
Great video, and lovely to see a new channel with such a high quality set of videos to start with. 👍👍👍
And your workshop is stunning.
The beauty of simplicity! I love the way the top appears to float.
I just got the pencil sharpening right.
This is what I wanna do with my life.
Awesome! Like the way you create the furniture! 잘 했다!
great craftmanship! keep the videos coming please. Thank you.
Awesome table. But I was also loving the greatest hits going on in the background. Ha!
3x3Custom - Tamar: Yes, I noticed that, too. Was like a little vacation to my youth... :D
Why he is glueing the dovetail batten? As far as I know it should be sliding to be able to compensate the shrinking.
the dovetail cleat that's attached to the tabletop is not glued. he also used dovetails to attach the perpendicular pieces on the frame. it doesn't matter that those are glued because they are only like 80mm wide. Also, the pieces attached together have the grain oriented in the same direction so if they expand they expand together
@@hentaisan thanks! It's a bit confusing, at 12:45 there's no glue, but after the cut only seconds later there is some! Or at least it seems to be glue.
@@HerrKlaus1963 at 13:20 the inserts at the end of the dovetail grooves are glued, but those are just for aesthetics. The cleat is not glued. BTW, seeing as how the insert goes all the way to the cleat, I assume he left a gap between the insert and the cleat on the other side of the table. Unless he's doing this during winter
@@hentaisan I agree! But look again at 12:50 glue appears from nowhere.... Or may it's grease to get it in. 🤔
@@HerrKlaus1963 I noticed that too
Another gorgeous piece of ART. Amazing
Nice job. I am looking forwards to seeing more of your work. 👍
What a beautiful fucking work environment

I love watching your videos! Very good work!
What a beautiful piece! I love the simplicity of it
Nice video but you shoud always wear ear protection when you work with machines
Very true. I had a family member work in the hearing aid industry. Unlike many of our other senses, once hearing is gone, it's gone for good.
This is like a powertool crazy Korean Ishitani, Love the workshop want to see more of your creations., although not as relaxing as Ishitani too much crap music in the background.
Great video. Beautiful piece. Please keep the videos coming.
Perfect 👌 Cant wait to see more from you! Great inspiration, beautiful design.
FOR EVERYONE WHO IS ASKING WHAT WOOD IS HE USING IT’S IN THE TITLE ....WHITE OAK I’LL
SAY IT AGAIN WHITE OAK.
Could you upload the File of this design, like a CAD or which ever.
it's his design...why would he share this with you? go figure it out on your own.

집에서 가끔 가구를 만들고는 하는데 이건 뭐... 예술이라 생각됩니다. 많은 영감을 얻어가네요. 이렇게 말하고 따라서 만들지도 모르네요.
love that loveletter soundtrack while you inscribe Kobeomsuk!
Its all fun and games, but i still prefer Mexican style furniture. Couple of 2x4s smack them with nailgun, sheet of ply on top - DONE.
카비오머스크인줄 알았더니 한국이름 ㄷㄷ

Most beautiful shop style and view with all that natural light
Beautiful, love it. Can’t wait to see more of your videos.
Amazing the things you can do with tens of thousands of dollars of equipment at your disposal..
Dude, please put on some ear protection! You will probably be deaf by the time you're 40.
What!?! :D
love seeing the drawing process too!
This just speaks to me - true passion to the craft!
0:31 his drawing is kinda ugly
0:41 ohh shit okay
I love everything he does, but can you stand on it? I make stuff, and people bring it broken. I can see the shoe prints, but I ask anyways, "What happened." People say, "I don't know. It just broke." Then I point out the shoe prints, and say "It's a coffee table, not dance table." Then they get huffy, and say, "It should support the weight of a person." I then I point out there are at least three different shoe prints. They still want there money back. I say no. They ask how much it would cost to fix? I say, "I don't know know, how much does four ciderblocks cost?" I then tell the guy, "Give it to me, I'll what I can do." The guy wants it back by Monday. I call his wife's Cell phone, and tell her, that her husband broke her coffee table, and want me to fix it by Monday "Are you away for the Weekend?" She tells me she at her mothers, and ask me if I can fix her table. I say, "Sure I can.", but there Women she prints embeded in the table. Do you want want me to remove them, or do you want them for evidence." She swears a bit, and ask me if I can hold onto the table a bit. I tell her I have an exact copy of the table, I give that one to her husband, and she can come and look at the table. The woman show up that Wednesday, and looks at the table. She tells it was her shoe that made the prints in the table. She thinks her husband had a girlfriend in the house, while she was away. I don't see the woman for about two months, and I call her phone. She shows up with my table, and tells me that her husband doesn't have a girlfriend. She tells me, it was her husband wearing her shoes. He's a cross dresser. I say, at least he doesn't have a girlfriend. She says, "Yeah, just a boy friend." She has been suspecting her husband had secrets, and put up a spy camera. I'm surprised because her husband is big guy, and I know he played football (He tells everyone about it.). She tells me, "Yeah, all those guys have one foot through the door." I fixed her table, and she seems happy. I'm surprised, I like the work I do, but if my marrage is breaking up, I wouldn't be happy over a coffee table. She asked me why the table broke, because the replacement I gave her didn't break when she had sex on the table. I asked her, "How much could you possible weigh, a hundred pounds? Your much lighter than your husband." She then said, "I wasn't dancing either." I asker if she might want a craftmans coffee table I make. It can hold three people easy, and it has plently of room." The woman thinks about it, and I show her the table. She buys the table, and ask, "Are you sure it will hold two people." I thow a moving blanket on the table, and we both stand on it. She happy. I love your work, but I don't think three people could stand on it.
Wh...wha...WaHt!?
@@andrewmccarthy9839 yeah for some weird midnight reason i read it too.
😂
Everyone knows tables in Korea are required to support at least FOUR people....
Lmbo. 😂🤣😂🤣
I really don’t find it difficult to believe any word of this comment.
Beautiful build! Love your drawing style too, you've earned another subscriber!
Its so beautiful, the essence of a table, iconic
