Thankyou very much Dorothy, l enjoy using it when using beads and ball chain or small Tess that may be uneven. I have made a few videos on using it. Thanks for watching. 😊
Thanks so much Karen, the Royal Albert had crazing and was already fractured, hopefully its been put to good use in this piece. lol Thanks for watching. 😊
My comment here is referring to Apoxie Sculpt before being fully cured. Some people don't use gloves when mixing the two parts together and they may not use gloves even while applying it or working with it in its soft state, that is the risk they take with their health. However your body can become sensitized to it over time, not just with this product but epoxies in general because our skin absorbs chemicals. I wear a jumper, long chem 3 gloves, the lids go on the container immediately after getting the amount out and those containers go into sperate ziplock bags, this is just what I do and I am happy with these precautions. Some people believe this is extreme however I like to do the best I can to protect myself rather than regret it in years to come. Products have chemicals in them some worse than others and you need to do your own due diligence by reading the safety data sheets so that you can take the necessary safety precautions. I do this with ALL products before purchasing them they are easy to read and generally available on the manufactures website. If a manufacture doesn't have them freely on their website then that generally means I need to be more concerned about using the product. I will also just do a general search on the net to see what others say about a product just for another perspective. 😊 Thanks for watching
@@TreasuryRoad Thank you for the information. I read the guidance provided by Aves and they do recommend wearing gloves. I’m glad you said something. I will wear them going forward😊
Just bear in mind that they say to wear gloves when mixing however I wear them all the time while Apoxie Sculpt is in its soft state. My reasoning to this is the chemicals are still into the Apoxie Sculpt while curing and your body can absorb those chemicals. Aves does not have the safety data sheets freely available on their website which is bad, but you can get them with a simple internet search. :)
This is so, so pretty, Peter. I can't wait to see it all finished!!

@@TreasuryRoad it's beautiful so far! P-erfect!
I never wear gloves when I use apoxie sculpt. Am I poisoning myself? I didn’t think it was toxic since it was solid?? 😮
